Great location trailside. 50’ walk to pool and hot tubs after a long day on the slopes is awesome. You do have to unclip to access the Snowflake lift but you ski right in when you need lunch, etc. The snowflake line gets long in the morning but moves quickly or you can ski all the way down and get on a shuttle or grab the gondola. The condo itself is great. Plenty of kitchen stuff for cooking, comfortable beds, good water pressure and hot water for 7 of us. Gas fireplace adds to the ambiance. One thing to note, the loft is only accessible from the master bedroom. Tv and internet we’re fine. Parking for 4 cars but the driveway is on a downslope and ice builds up. Maintenance came and spread ice melt so that helped. Condo shows wear and tear but nothing to keep you from having a great time.

 The house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

We loved the accessibility of this home. Seeing as it was advertised as ski in ski out we were surprised that we had to take off our skis to access the lift. The townhome afforded our group of 6 plenty of space and the en-suite bathrooms were wonderful. We all agreed that the home could use some updating, especially with mattresses and bedding given what we paid. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

we travel a lot and stay in many homes. this was by far the cleanest and nicest homes. the location was perfect....snowboarding to out literal back door, the hot tub a few feet away and a very short run to the lift. just 5 minutes outside of town, the house was clean and beautiful. the pictures do not do the view outside the window justice. very quiet. it felt like we were staying all by ourselves. rarely saw or heard another person in the neighborhood. will definitely stay at this location again

This house was a great place to stay and was very comfortable. I highly recommend it. We had an issue with the jacuzzi and a toilet, but they came out promptly to try to fix the problems. The lock to the front door was difficult to figure out, but that did not cause problems enough to change my rating. 

This townhouse was clean, quiet and spacious. The little interaction we had with rental staff (checking in only) was warm and welcoming. Townhouse is pleasantly off the beaten path yet a very short drive to Main Street. We had all we needed and would definitely stay here again. Breckinridge was absolutely beautiful in the summer!!

We had a great stay at Tyra 900. The condo is in great condition and is ideally located for skiing. 4 o'clock run is rlocated right out the back door. you can ski within ~200 ft of the snowflake lift. Also, the condo is only about 1.5 miles from town.

We had a minor issue with the heater in the twin bed room which was promptly resolved by the maintenance group.

Highly recommend for family's looking for a place that allows for home cooked meals and easy ski in ski out.

Second stay in this home. Another great experience. Great place to spend the Holidays!!!
