Mostly good. Condo itself was great. Clean and well stocked. Hot tub was actually hot but at least 100 yard walk. Shuttle stop avoids the hike uphill to the lift but it’s still a hike back. Walls are paper thin and our neighbors were having a great time.

Overall it was a great place to stay for the price. However 6 people is extremely tight in this house. The house consist of a pull out couch in the living room, another pull out couch in the loft, then a queen size bed in the bedroom that connects directly to the loft. 6 adults with luggage takes up pretty much every inch of the house. I believe 2 adults and 4 kids would be fine. The place is listed as access to pool / hot tub just note the hot tub / pool area is a pretty good walk from the actual rental. There is no cable TV but great WiFi. We used a tablet to stream movies from to the tv. This place is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so be prepared to haul everything up 3 flights of stairs. The inside was super clean and updated. The views from the balcony were amazing. The house overall was great just a wanted to give some info to future renters.

The snowflake lift was a tough walk for those not used to the altitude so would recommend taking the free bus that stops at the end of the street.

Our family spent four days at the condo. Very clean and in a great location. We walked down to town every day. It’s a short walk to the Main Street. We ate at the Blue Moose for breakfast and it was fantastic! The condo didn’t have air, but the coolness of the mountains really made it comfortable. Nice place to stay!

Great location for condo - management was helpful. My only issue was lightbulbs were burned out when we arrived and we had to purchase ourselves. It would be nice to have an in-condo washer/dryer for a family of five especially for washing towels, et.c

It was a really nice place- very comfortable and great location- easy to the slopes and town. I did call first day about the fireplace not working and never heard back. Also I have to mention lack there is a lack of cooking pans- there was only one oversized nonstick skillet- so breakfast was a little difficult to cook. Plenty of dishes and glassware though

The condo was well furnished and the bed was comfy. It wasn’t as convenient to lifts as expected. The snowflake lift was 2 blocks uphill, but difficult to return to that location. Had to ride the gondola and the bus to get back. The walls are paper thin. In the bedroom you can hear full conversations next door. It’s not far from town. Fireplace quit working, but management came and fixed it.

We slept 4 people comfortably, i think 2 more people would have been a little much for the size of this condo. We went skiing and snowboarding the first 2 days and usd the 4’oclock run the last day which worked out nice as it is walking distance from the condo. We explored the town and went to daylight donuts twice! The breckenridge brewery was very good. We also went to empire burger for drinks. The HD tavern was a nice little local tavern we were able to watch the MN Vikings game at! The line was always too long at Crepes, so we didn’t get to experience those, but heard they were amazing. We made reservations for dinner on NYE at the Canteen which we are glad we did otherwise we wouldn’t have gotten in anywhere. The Thia sushi bistro was amazing! They let us put our name down and walk around town while we waited for a text that our table was ready. Eric’s downstairs also did this for us! Food was amazing everywhere. We did catch fireworks on NYE and they were pretty. We got really lucky and had some nice sunny days. The views and pictures we got were amazing! We also did the avalanche escape room which is right in town and really close to the condo. It was so fun! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to friends. The outdoor hot tub wasn’t a bad walk from the condo, it wasn’t as hot as we would have liked though and the jets didn’t work. The indoor one was much hotter.

This place was great for a weekend ski trip! The condo is in a good location to walk to the lifts and was just a short walk from the community hot tub which we really enjoyed after skiing all day. It was stocked with all the amenities we needed and comfortably slept 3 couples. Fireplace was also a plus! We would definitely stay again next time we visit Breck.

Loved our stay over the holidays! It’s perfectly located right between town and Peak 9. The open floor plan was great to cook and hang out in with some friends. WiFi worked perfectly and the place has cable. You’re given access to a heated pool and several hot tubs that are located just down the way (~couple minute walk). Most definitely coming back here again!

Very nice location. Bus stop at the end of the parking lot with 8 buses per hour. Ski in on 4 O clock. Walk one block to snowflake. Walk to town. Updates to condo are very nice. I would definitely rent this unit again.

We could not get the Wi-fi to work. We knew that we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs, but would probably not do it again for the price we paid for this unit. We are used to staying at Trails End. That property has always served us well.
