We have made many trips to Breck and this was by far our favorite house we have stayed. We were two families of 5 and this house was perfect for all of us! We loved the ski in/ski out ability (kids jumped the locked gate but the rest of us simply went around through the garage) and the hot tub each afternoon was fantastic! The decor was great and the kitchen was very well stocked for a rental property! We had everything we needed!! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We hope to return soon!

Super great place. Just needs a key to back gate to get to lifts! Slow to warm up with floor heating, took a couple of days to get warm. Kitchen very well stocked.

A true ski in / out house that is perfect for our two families (4 adults, 5 children) with some room to spare. Ideal location on Snowflake run allowed for easy stops for lunch and breaks for the kids. Spacious house with full kitchen. Maybe time to freshen up some of the furniture and appointments (e.g. low water pressure in showers), but minor quibbles. Can’t go wrong with this place. Would definitely come back.

The house has everything you need including local wildlife. Beavers in the creek, Fox in the woods and a surprise visit from Bruce himself. Perfect location to hike up to the fairy garden or down to Main Street.

We enjoyed our visit. The location was good. The home had great supplies in the kitchen, bedding good, bathrooms great. Hot tub was much appreciated as were the heated floors. Enjoyed a great hot air ballon puzzle during out time there.
Only down fall was no electricity when we were trying to get ready to go. Lights, coffee, everything off.
All else was great!

Great house! Our big family of 12 enjoyed our Christmas and enjoyed every minute. Location is convenient to town and we loved the ski-in, ski-out feature. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, kitchen with gas cooktop is awesome...nicely appointed with cookware and dishes. Mudroom and cubbies was a great way to keep all the ski gear from being strewn throughout the house. Overall....perfect! Can't wait for Christmas 2018!

This house is absolutely perfect for a ski vacation get away. It's large enough to house several people, but still maintains a delightfully cozy atmosphere. We wanted for absolutely nothing while we there. It's as though the house knew what we needed, before we did. I can't say enough good things about that hot tube, either. It was a life saver after a long day of skiing!! I'm already planning my next trip back.

Just stayed here with a group of 11. Plenty of room for all to sleep and spread out. large spaces on 3 levels for relaxing or being separate from a group, huge kitchen with all amenities you would expect, weber grille on deck. Internet connection perfect, with big group using it, no issues, nice. Ski in/out is greatttttt, no lugging equipment around, 6 person hot tub to relax in whenever you want. House has all the amenities and location you could want, great week.
