Fantastic location, easy check in process with the friendly local office staff, spacious and well appointed accommodations and easy elevator access! Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Breckenridge!

Condo was great. We loved everything about it. We cooked a thanksgiving meal and had all the pots, pans, and utensils we needed. It was an easy walk to Main Street. The only complaint I have is that only one parking permit is given. If you have more than one vehicle you have to find somewhere else to park. Overnight parking is pretty much non existent. There were also enough spaces available for another vehicle to park.

Location was great and condo was as expected. Only issue was the elevator broke down the third day we were there and we were on the fourth floor so it wasn’t much fun moving luggage and garbage down.

Nice view, and beautiful area. We left our window open so we could hear the water from the stream running beside the building. Close to everything. Would DEFINITELY recommend staying here!!

The location was perfect! The ski rental shop was directly across the street and the ski shuttle was in front of the building - with only a 5-10 minute wait. It was only a 5 minute walk to main street with all of the shops and restaurants. The property was clean and spacious. We had seven people in our group and had two people sleep in the loft, but could've added more. Plenty of room. I have no complaints and I would definitely stay again.

CONDO was clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. Sitting on the terrace or a short walk to the river was relaxing and refreshing. The sound of the river was ever present and a big change from the noise of the city, although while there are other sounds the rushing waters easily took priority to subdue them.
We arrived and the office was closed, but all of the items we needed to get to our rental were there and the process was simple. The deposit was promptly addressed on our CC and we will definitely use the service again, and if available stay in this unit!

First time in Breck. Picked this condo due to proximity to Main Street. Location was perfect. Less than a 5 minute walk to everything. Perfect amount of space for our family of 4. Could have easily slept more people. Condo was clean. Views were great. Would stay here again.

This unit was roomy, very comfortable and very well equipped. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped and there were even humidifiers provided. The location is great - easy walking distance to the plaza and Main Street shopping and City Market is only a block or so away. A bonus is that it is right above the creek, so we were able to listen to the creek while in bed, as both bedrooms face that direction. It was perfect for us (two couples), but would also be great for a family. . .

We loved our stay! Condo was very clean. Kids loved the upstairs loft. We loved the location. Skiing down the 4 o’clock right to the condo each day was amazing! We also walked to every restaurant when we ate. We had a great time!

Stayed during Oktoberfest with a group of 8 of our adult women's hockey team. The location can't be beat and had tons of sleeping space for the price.
Beds were fine and couch mattress seemed new- who would have thought a group of us would be fighting over who got to sleep on the pull-out?! Haha.

Kitchen overly well equipped- which we loved!!
Only downfall was no fans in the bathrooms- otherwise a great stay!

This was the perfect unit for our family. It has plenty of room to spread out after a long day of skiing. It's close to the shuttle stop to get on the mountain and the Four O'clock trail ends at the condo. It's a block to all the shops and restaurants in town. We did have a problem with a toilet and the fireplace. The toilet was fixed but the fireplace would not turn on, even with the help of the property manager. It was no big deal to us, but may be to others. Fans in the bathrooms would be a major plus. We were there over the weekend and it can be loud on weekend nights. Again, no concern to our family but may be to others. We would definitely come back to this location. Can't beat the price!

Awesome location, nice condo with plenty of room, and Jeremy the property mgr was very accommodating and attentive. Only downside were the indoor hot tubs and flakey tv service. All in all good experience and would stay there again.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. The interior was nice and modern. It appeared to be newly refurbished, the appliances and furniture were very nice. We loved how big the TV was in the living room. The mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinners. I loved how close we were to Main Street. The Gondola was not a far walk so getting onto the mountain was very easy. We loved being right on Four O'Clock Run, we were able to hike up the run. Overall, we had an amazing time in 403!!
