Very clean and easy check in/check out processes. Excited to come back and stay here again!

Great place to stay. Easy to ski in. Convenient to town and bus route.

Nice, very clean unit. Two bedrooms two baths were perfect for us (2 couples) and would be great for a family of 4-6. Although it has the bedding to sleep 8, I think with all the ski equipment and smaller sized bathrooms, it would be a tight squeeze. The bathrooms are nicely updated but a little tight.
It is a perfect location. We walked about 10 minutes each morning (in ski boots, carrying skis) to load the gondola. At the end of the ski day, we skied home on the 4 o’clock run right to the parking lot. In the evenings we walked 1 block to main street with all its great restaurants and shopping. The hot tubs got a little crowded in the evening, but are a nice feature and much needed after 8 hours in the cold on the slopes.
It was the right place at the right price for our vacation.

We loved staying in Breckenridge! There is so much to do and see around this area. We went for a summer vacation. It was so nice to have such a great condo to relax in. All of the staff at Great Western Lodging was exceptional. The people of Breckenridge were so friendly! This condo is in town, so it is an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. My only caveat is that since it is so close to town, you do get town noise. It is not a quiet mountian get away. We did not mind that at all. It really was not that noisy! Our condo was very well appointed -  we loved it! #211

Good thing about this unit--it was very clean and comfortable. The beds were memory foam. Hard, and not our preference, but some people will like them. However, this unit is SO loud. Traffic all night long (we kept the windows open because it was summer and there is no air conditioning or fans, but may not be an issue in winter), and you can hear everything from the people above and the street below. For example, on our last night there, the unit above us sounded like they were jumping and stomping for an hour from 12-1 am, then cars dragged raced on the street from 1-1:30 am, then there was a drunk bachelorette party singing in the courtyard until 2 am. This was fairy typical of each of our nights there, and it was so loud, that we ended up leaving a night early and checking into a hotel just to get some sleep! Also, while the unit is well appointed, we stay in rented condos two or three times a year, and the unit was missing some of the little things we have come to expect--soap, shampoo, coffee filters (there was a coffee pot), laundry detergent (there was one pod, but we were there a week), games, books, movies, etc. Also, the TV didn't work the first three days of our stay--that was our fault though. Once we called Great Western, they did have someone come repair it within two hours. They said it was fairly typical for the condo's cable to go out due to a change in the cable provider. It is a great location--just off of main street, but you have the noise to go along with it. All in all, I would not recommend to someone with a young family or who is a light sleeper. However, the noise may be different in the winter, and it could be great for a group of friends who would likely be loud and staying up late themselves.

We have stayed in many of the condos at Sawmill Creek. They are all good. This one had the memory form beds in all bedrooms. I like a hard bed and really liked the beds but if you like a soft mattress this might not be for you. I would also like the gas fireplace that you could open the glass doors and have it look like a real fire, but that is just me. We will keep coming back to Sawmill Creek because we like the location and Breckenridge. See you next time!

We love this place! Great location to town, awesome safe private underground parking. We felt safe to let our kids have a little freedom to roam. Lots to do for the entire family and great views all the way around our condo. Absolutely love the decor and there was everything we needed. It was extremely clean also. Would definitely visit here again! Thank you from Texas!

Very spacious and attractive accommodations! Beautiful view from the living room. Easy to ski in for lunch! Loved the memory foam beds! Insulation between floors is limited - could hear loud footsteps above us. Second year at this complex, we'll be back!
