This lovely, well-stocked, home-away-from-home provided our launching pad for a perfect little romantic getaway adventure weekend! Super walkable to a ton of great restaurants, coffee shops, live music, gift shops, quirky little ice cream shops, on and on. Minutes away from spectacular hikes of all levels. (Extra credit for the worthy pay off of the falls and Mohawk Lake on the Spruce Creek Trail.) Or just hunker down with board games, hot chocolate and/or coffee and the hot tub! Great spot!

Stayed here for my birthday weekend and everything was perfect. Walking distance to downtown and all the best restaurants. The place itself was cozy and very well kept. 10/10 recommended for anyone visiting breck and want a beautiful place to stay and the ability to walk anywhere in town!

This place is a piece of magic in Breckenridge. It looks completely updated and decorated to perfection. The location is fantastic and we were able to walk to everything. I highly recommend staying here and I can’t wait to come back when it snows.

Wow! What an amazing condo in the heart of Breckenridge. The views from the balcony are incredible and you cannot find a better location. Close to all the restaurants, shopping, as well as the ski lift. I highly recommend this place and look

As a veteran traveler, I often rent apartments during my sojourns. I do this for personal comfort and the ability to manage my time without the constraints of a more commercial option. I found this condo to be better equipped than most, especially in the kitchen, where there were numerous cooking options and plenty of dinnerware and accessories. It's rare to find so much thoughtfulness in a rental. And, I truly appreciated it. Very comfortable. Quality furnishings and artwork. And, there's even a jetted tub in the bathroom, along with double sinks!

I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice getaway to the mountains! The condo was so cozy and I loved the fireplace. Everything we needed was there. Great location, close walking distance to all the shops and restaurants which was convenient!

This was our first experience in Breckenridge and wanted to get away from the Texas heat. Glad we did, Breck is a nice community. We know the owner of the Condo, and it was a natural choice for us to go with a place that was associated with someone we know, versus a shot in the dark. What we did not realize, was how great of a location it was! We could walk to restaurants for all our meals, find convenient shopping, and enjoy some nice little Blue River walking paths extremely close by. The underground parking was also a life saver since Main Street was shut down for traffic and parking. The Condo itself was well stocked with all the mini-home conveniences, wi-if etc., as well as a great patio view! Everything was clean and fit well for the space. The only part of the location that was a minus, is there is a building nearby with a restaurant fan that runs 24-7. With opening the windows without AC, as is common in Breck, this was a small annoyance. The view made up for it! We will definitely be back to the Condo in the future. It had everything we needed to feel at home, even for a few short days.

Ideally located for food and entertainment. The condo building was quiet and the condo itself was outfitted well. Would rent again.

The location of the condo is perfect for skiiers. Close to the lift and also all the fantastic restaurants and bars Breckenridge has to offer. The condo is very cozy and we'll stocked with necessary amenities. The bed is incredibly comfortable and warm! It's a very quiet space, the fireplace is cozy, and the hot tub is the best after a long day skiing. Can't wait to come back!

This condo is within walking distance to everything you will need, including bars, restaurants, ski lifts, and hiking trails. As far as vacation rentals, it really doesn't get any better than this condo to stay at. The interior is great with plenty of space and a great patio that faces towards downtown Breckenridge. I will definitely stay here again on one of my next trips, and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Breckenridge.

This place is absolutely perfect. The location is walking distance to all bars, restaurants, and shops. Walk across the street and you are on the slope skiing. The unit was beautiful with a beautiful view off the deck. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The hot tub was great. It was private and amazing after a long day of skiing. I will be back. Soon hopefully

The room was nice and cozy. We made breakfast almost everyday so it was great to have a complete kitchen to use. I really liked the outside balcony,nestled in among the aspens and pines. However, workers were remodeling the old Dredge restaurant and many times started pretty early with power tools. Also, our room was directly west of the Mexican Restaurant 's kitchen vent fan... and they ran it 24 hours a day!

My Wife and I stayed at this perfectly located, amazing home for two nights for our Anniversary. There was nothing that we "wished" was there, as all the conveniences and things we needed were so thoughtfully available. The location is close to the mountains and to town. Great trails nearby for biking and hiking this time of year! Views are exceptional from the balcony, and the amenities were great as well. We will most definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.

If you're looking for an amazing getaway, I'll make it easy for you and say - do yourself a favor and book this spot! Not only was it a perfect fit for my wife and I, it was in a fantastic location and comes with a parking spot (we all know how tough parking is up there...). We were looking for something like this and it exceeded our expectations. Loved the tub, the kitchen was perfect for our in house cooking session and the new bed was fantastic. Having stayed in hotels in the past, it was refreshing to have something new, exciting and PRIVATE. The ability to have coffee on the back deck and listen to the river is priceless. We will absolutely be back to enjoy this little pocket of heaven.

The condo is across the street from Peak 9 lift. So you can walk 3 mins and ski away. If you walk out the side exit to the Lofts you are right in town. You don’t need to drive after park in the under building garage which is so convenient This was my 2nd year here and the unit are perfect.

Great location! Very clean. Well maintained. Drive in to the underground parking and didn't move my car until I left 3 days later. Everything you need is within walking distance. My only issue, the bed. Please listen to your guests. The bed is terrible, overly bouncy, very uncomfortable. It may be newer but it is not a good mattress. I recommend new pillows as well, but I can brings my own pillows. The mattress would keep me from booing this unit .....and I loved this unit. A good nights sleep is a very important part of getting away.

This is a great condo. We've now stayed in it twice. The kitchen is well equipped and the living space is cozy and comfy for our family . And, it is fantastic that there is a pack and play in the unit, makes travel that much easier--thank you!

The only reason I give it a 4 is the bed--the matress is dire. Soft, lumpy, and bounces you out of bed every time your partner moves. I think the matress would ask to be replaced if it could. Along with a new matress new pillows would be awesome--the current pillows are chunks of hard foam.

The location can't be beat, easy walk everywhere in Breck. Park Avenue Lofts is superbly maintained and anything we've ever called Great Western to ask for has been promptly and easily fulfilled. The GA staff is kind and courteous .
