5 minute walk to the lift and to Main St. Lovely ambience with the beautiful furniture, decor, and fire place. There is a king size bed in the master, two bedrooms with full size bunk beds, and a full size bed in the loft. One vehicle can park in the garage and a second in the driveway. Only complaints were there was no propane for the outside grill and one of the downstairs toilets didn’t work.

Great location. Short walk to lifts at Peak 8 and just a short shuttle to gondola to Peak 9. Right across street to shuttle stop to all other places. Nice to have street and drive swept of snow. Private hot tub perfect after a long day. Covid Breckinridge and ski restrictions were a bummer but townhouse a great place to hang out at.

Awesome location. Very clean and appreciated the 6 full size+ beds. Having the hot tub on the patio (vs a shared communal hot tub) was the best part of the whole trip.
Also large TV with good cable in the living room was great during Masters Weekend!

Had a great stay at OBP3. Condo was just as described on website. Very clean and location was very convenient to every place in town. Rarely used our car because we could walk almost everywhere. Pool was also very close. Entire family loved the hot tub and the grill. Condo had 2 balconies which was nice.

Beautiful property located in a great location in Breckenridge

We have rented this unit before . There was no reason to go anywhere else. We stayed for two weeks . Great Western Lodging , as normal, was open on Sunday afternoon for check-in . The staff at GWL have always been cheerful, friendly, courteous and professional . This is a first-class operation. If I owned the unit I would manage it through GWL. The unit was spotless, ready and well cared for. This is a beautiful unit to match the splendor of the mountains and the views. Really, need I go on and on? The unit was perfect for us and our grandchildren. Perfect means perfect . The GWL staff were perfect which made for a perfect stay. We checked out at the end of the two weeks, with a spirit of gratefulness, and appreciation for a most wonderful two weeks. Thanks to all - from the cleaning staff that preceded us to the operational leadership team that bid us farewell and safe travels.
