Stones throw from Peak 9 Silverchair and downtown. Located perfectly in the area and can still walk to Gondola to Peak 8. Well appointed unit with all needed amenities. Excellent 2nd from deck with hot tub.

Very nice accommodations for a family of 4, with 2 of those being 19 and 20. Lots of space for everyone to not feel on top of each other. The kitchen was fully equipped for meals, and the family room area was super comfy to hang. Super nice to be able to walk to town and grab dinner or shop. Bike rentals are close by.

This house had everything as described. Very well equipped kitchen even had a cocktail shaker. The furnishings were tasteful and very clean. The Hot tub off the living room on the outside deck was perfect to use after skiing. There was a problem adjusting the temperature for the water but a maintenance person was able to come the next morning to fix that issue. Some instructions or a warning about low water level would have made the service call avoidable but like I said they did send some one the next morning. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a private house at the base of a lift area. It is not ski in ski out but it is a short walk to the quicksilver lift and it was manageable with ski boots on even for adults in their sixties.

Great spot right at the base of Peak 9. This is a perfect location for walking to the lifts and being able to walk into town. Would definitely stay here again. The unit is a bit dated but nothing bad. Has everything you need and the garage + an additional parking space was great. Hot tub came in handy!

The thing my family and I enjoyed most about this property is that it's just across the street from Breck Village, so just a 3-4 minute walk to the lift. The home is very nice and clean, and has most everything a family needs for an extended stay. They even had snow shovels, salt/gravel, and sleds, all of which we used!

Located steps to Main Street, this super comfortable condo had plenty of room for our party of 6. Nicely appointed with thoughtful things for guests throughout the home, from USB chargers in every room and bed warmers on the beds provided an extra coziness for our family. Well appointed kitchen and we LOVED the assortment of cards and games, great touch! Thank you for your hospitality!!

Wonderful location within walking distance of both lifts and town so no need for a vehicle although there’s room for 2. Open space and deck allows for multiple gathering areas. Comfortable and immaculate. I would
have liked to see more tools and resources in the kitchen area as we enjoy cooking for the group but it worked with a little inventiveness.
This is our 6th trip and second time in the One Breckenridge Place units and we will return. Best of everything!

We had a great stay in Breck in this unit. It was perfect for our family. We had 2 tiny maintenance issues that were fixed immediately by the management company. This unit is right across the street/parking lot from Main Street so walking into town is a breeze. We loved it and would highly recommend others stay here.

As a large group of friends we go to Breck every year and rent a couple units from Great Western Lodging. This year we needed 3 bedroom units and couldn't of been happier. We enjoy doing houses/condos etc. due to the privacy and full kitchen (cheaper meals, lol). This was by far my favorite we have stayed in. It was truly a home away from home. The home was warm and inviting looking like we went to go visit someone we know and they let us use their home. It beats the bland condos or hotels with the bare minimum in them. It also had an attached garage with our own driveway and the Expedition we rented fit inside! Overall a great place to call home while on vacation! We will most likely rent again next year unless something in our needs change.

We've been visiting Breckenridge for the past 3 years and this is by far our favorite rental we've had. The location is fantastic, private hot tub is great for after skiing, nice furnishings, comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. It was perfect! We hope we can book this same unit next year.
