Description

This moderate condo is one of our best values for an in-town two bedroom unit. This beautiful Breckenridge lodging accommodation is located just two blocks off of Main Street and about 250 yards to the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver lift. The unit is about 1,200 square feet and happens to be one of our most spacious two bedrooms. The building offers an underground heated garage parking, indoor hot tubs and a steam sauna. Guests will also have use of the Upper Village outdoor heated pool and hot tubs right down the street. There is a rustic wood fireplace with additional wood supplied in the garage.

Primary bedroom: 2 Twins
Second bedroom: Queen
Living Area: Queen sleeper

*No Pets, No Smoking and No Air Conditioning

When renting at the Cimarron property, you would have access to the Upper Village Pool.

Location is perfect for getting onto the mountain or walking to Main Street. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax after a day on the slopes. Furnishings are a bit basic, but it is everything you need. We would happily stay here again.

My family (4 of us) very much enjoyed our time at the Cimarron in Breckenridge! The location was convenient to ski (both Peak 8 and Peak 9) as well as to visit the downtown attractions. The condo was spacious and included a well stocked kitchen for home cooked meals. Parking is free and covered! Great ski pad!

Pros: Great location Spacious condo with full size kitchen Fireplace Cons: - Window in room w full bed is single pane/old/wood and lets EXTREME cold into the room/condo and heater did not seem to work in that room - Indoor hot tubs had no restrictions during covid stay but outdoor pool and hot tub was restricted to reservation system, that fillled instantly each day. - One parking spot in underground garage is great, but a second spot was hard to come by anywhere close to the condo - Classic condo, nothing wrong with it, just could use an update. Also the rooms should be flipped for beds, with the full mattress in the room with bathroom, instead of the twin beds?

You can’t really beat the price for the location. You are just a few blocks from the Main Street. The twin beds aren’t the most comfortable but it does the job. The air gets dry but they provide two humidifiers to help with that. It’s much more spacious than the pictures show, but would recommend more for 4 person family based on the layout. No complaints from our 6 day trip.

Great size room, perfect location and value! I would look into updating the pullout couch or just the mattress on it. Other than that everything was great!

The space is larger than I expected and had plenty of storage. It was easy to stay warm in January with the radiating floor heaters and great water heater. The condo is right downtown and everything you could want to see was walk-able.

Everything for our stay was excellent. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and we were able to make a full thanksgiving dinner! Clean, large open living area, and hot tubs in the building were our favorite parts.

Great location close to town. Code to access pedestrian door was wrong it was the same as under ground garage we figured it out. Had a very slow draining tub and it was resolved quickly that same day hats off to maintenance. Condo could use an update no USB ports for devices. Beds need to be replaced for sure they were comfortable but mushy. Plenty of towels in bathrooms. All in all it was a good place to stay!

We came up last minute when our kayak plans on the river had to be changed for the 4th of July. We were surprised that there was anything available. The condo ended up being very nice and in a great location to be able to walk into town. We even walked to see the Isak Heartstone troll. We were very pleased with the value and location. Would stay again. Check in and check out was easy enough too.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo - the location was very convenient to the free shuttle and we could walk to several restaurants and shops. There was also an indoor hot tub in the building and it was a short walk to access the indoor and outdoor hot tubs and pool. However, II would have to agree with other reviewers that the furniture needs updating, particularly the beds which we found to be uncomfortable (the queen bed would sag a bit in the middle).

Great location - close to town and gondola. Great Western Lodging was very friendly and helpful. Nice to have access to indoor hot tubs. However the furniture and overall condo needs updates. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Enjoyed staying at the condo. Great location (except for the road noise at night with open windows). Clean, roomy, convenient parking, everything we needed. Customer service was terrific -- so helpful and answered all our questions. We would stay here again if we visit Breckenridge again.
