It’s time to renew your short-term rental license for 2023!

 

License renewal will begin on November, 15, 2022 and continue until December 31, 2022.  

 

Licenses can be renewed through the Muni Revs website link:  https://breckenridge.munirevs.com/

 

Please make sure you acknowledge the following by including a checkmark by each:

✓ Compliance Form

✓ Permit

✓ Fees

­

A list of renewal fees is provided below.  Please note that a loft space is considered a bedroom for the purposes of payment.   

­

Please reach out to Great Western to let us know once you have completed your license renewal.  We will then ensure the license is printed, laminated, and posted in your property.

It is the responsibility of each individual homeowner to renew your short-term rental license.

FAILURE TO REMIT A PAYMENT ON TIME WILL RESULT IN A TERMINATION OF THE LICENSE.

If you are not already registered in Munirevs, please follow these steps: 

­

  1. Go to: https://breckenridge.munirevs.com
  2. Click on the Green “Go” button on the left-hand side for New Users
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Follow the instructions in the email you will receive which will prompt you to click on a link to bring you to a secure User Profile screen
  5. Create your User Profile and click “Continue to Business Profile” (orange button)
  6. Link to your Property Record by entering the below information: 
    •YOUR 10 Digit Registration Number (please add the necessary number of zeroes in front of the number to bring it up to 10 digits):  ########## 
    •YOUR MUNIRevs Activation Code:  ABC123
  7. Be sure to select a role and click connect
  8. Add as your Emergency Contact information:

  9. Complete any open tasks on the business center page.
