Conveniently located in the heart of Summit County, this Rolling Ridge Retreat is the ideal getaway if you’re looking to explore all that the area has to offer. The central location at the base of Wildernest in Silverthorne means you are only a short drive to Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland Ski Areas, each offering fabulous skiing, snowboarding and on-mountain activities. If you're visiting for the summer, you can enjoy the hundreds of miles of mountain biking trails, single track, downhill and road biking, and hiking trails located nearby. If water sports are more your speed, we highly recommend exploring the Dillon Reservoir. Spend a lovely summer day kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, or take in the majestic surrounding mountain views from a pontoon boat!

This luxury residence is as inviting as it is spacious. The multi-level design boasts more than 2,000 sq. ft. of space, ensuring ample room for everyone! As you enter on the main level, you are ushered from the entry into main dining, living and kitchen areas. The mountain modern decorative accents impart both luxury and comfort to the space. The large windows allow for ample natural light while the vaulted ceilings create a sense of spaciousness. Cozy up to the gas fireplace, or step onto the balcony to breathe in the crisp mountain air. The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a quick meal or host a large holiday gathering. It is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The adjoining covered balcony has a gas grill so you can enjoy the BBQ in every season.

On the lower level of the home, you'll find the primary bedroom, California King bed with ensuite bathroom, and doors leading to a patio with your own private hot tub! The area is fenced for privacy and a sense of seclusion. This is the perfect place to soak and relax after a day of fun in the mountains. The primary bedroom has a flat screen tv as well. The washer and dryer are also located on this level. In addition, the area under the stairs offers a plethora of items for children. If you’re traveling with kids, this is the home for you! Don’t worry about having to pack every item, as this home offers items such as bumpers in the upstairs queen bed, two cribs, sound machine and children’s plates, cups and cutlery.

On the third level of the home you'll find two more bedrooms. The second bedroom has plenty of space with three beds, one queen and 2 full bed, a desk, and bathroom with soaking tub. Or plop into the Lovesac and get cozy to watch TV. The third bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. All of the bedrooms come with flat screen TVs.

With your own private garage, you don't have to worry about carrying any ski/snowboard equipment inside. With a dedicated area for ski equipment and boots, there is plenty of storage for the whole group!

This townhome offers the perfect balance of private spaces to retreat to for rest and relaxation, coupled with an open-concept floorplan for gathering and socializing. Perfect place for our family with plenty of space and bed’s for everyone! The layout is awesome with everyone able to spread out but also room to hang out together in the living room/kitchen area. The private hot tub was an extra bonus!

We've never stayed in an AirBnB that met our every need until now. We arrived late at night and using the check-in instructions were a breeze. We opened the door to a perfectly ready home. Everything was clean and easy to use. The kids woke up every morning and jumped in the hot tub to start off their days! The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed plus some. We enjoyed the location very much. It was centrally located to hikes, restaurants, fishing and activities for the kids. We did the aerial ropes course in A Basin and was the highlight of the trip for the kids. We would stay in this unit every time we return!

We found this perfect unit for the 3 couples traveling in on Harley's for our Summer trip. We loved the central location to all our adventures North, South, East and West. We are glad we found one with a garage to house our bikes during the night for protection too. The 3 bedroom condo with bathrooms in each bedroom worked perfect for us. We also loved the hot tub and close location to restaurants! While we didn't maximize use of the kitchen, but there is everything there you could ever need there. Very nice decor and super clean when we arrived. Plenty of linens and extra pillows too! We would definitely recommend!
