Description

This two bedroom plus loft condo has a great layout where you and your family can sit back, relax and enjoy your time. The Sawmill Creek complex is just 20 yards away from the Four O'clock ski run, and just a block into historic Main Street. This living area provides vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and plenty of light. Other amenities of this unit are a washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, locked ski storage, access to the common area indoor hot tubs, shared gas grill and a covered parking space. For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay.

good sized condo in a great location. Ski in and walk to town. Needs an update on the hotel styled furniture, and might add some additional tv's in the bedrooms, and cards, or board games.

This is a very spacious condo. The location is wonderful right next to the stream! It was warm enough during our stay to open the windows and be able to hear the soothing sound all night. Loved the large windows also! Close enough to walk to the gondola, Main Street shops and restaurants. Parking is tight, but, manageable. The decor and appliances are a bit outdated, but, still pleasant.
We would stay here again!

Easy ski-in access to the very end of 4 o’clock run and bus access is outside of the buildings. Super easy walk to town. Large living room space with a couch that can hold many. Loft area was wonderful for teens. Elevator access was a huge plus. Condo only offers ONE car space. When traveling with two families driving 9 hours in, one vehicle parking is the only inconvenience we can think of.

Great place with an awesome location! Lift is just 1 stop away on the bus (which is just outside the apartment) and it is ski-in place!

The location is awesome and we stay at this property every year. We loved the open floor plan. However, the beds are not as comfortable as other units we have stayed in. We have children that love to do their own thing at night so only having one TV in the unit was not ideal either especially since tv’s are so inexpensive these days. And the loft area has no curtains so due to the location of the unit it is an automatic alarm clock in the mornings. We love the property and will continue to rent from this location but would suggest some updates.

We really enjoyed this place overall. The stream running between the buildings was awesome! The condo was great for us - the two boys slept in the loft beds, the two girls had a bedroom with two beds, and my wife and I had the bedroom with the washer/dryer stack in it. The place was clean, and the kitchen had a nice amount of counter space. It worked well to do most of our own cooking there, although the stove was rather slow heating up. The check-in process worked fine. It felt a bit impersonal not talking to anyone upon arriving or leaving, but the instructions were clear. We know it is because of the carefulness of this time. The parking is tight, but you just can't be in a hurry. Parking is limited everywhere in this town, and who should be in a hurry on vacation, right? We highly recommend this property!

Great rental, everything was as described. Was a little cold but we think it might have been our inability to find the thermostat. The fireplace kept the place warm though. 4oclock run is right by the condo. Would stay again

Loved the floor plan! It worked great for our family. Great location. Family members skied right up to the elevator door of the condo. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We did not eat out due to lines but had family style meals every evening. Perfect for us!

This was a great space for 10 people and perfect location! You can take the 4 o'clock green run and literally ski straight to the elevator. Wonderful! Dryer doesn't seem to dry anything, and there were only 2 rolls of TP - not nearly enough for 10 people for 3 days. Stove also seemed to be a bit faulty and liked to turn off randomly while cooking. GWL management was nice enough to bring us more towels when ours wouldn't dry so that was awesome! Overall it was a great weekend with friends!

Absolutely loved this condo, its amenities, location, the management. We spent Christmas here and couldn't have enjoyed it more. Highly recommend. My only suggestion would be to replace the dishwasher, its old and very loud. Just a tip, still give top marks!

We really enjoyed the condo at Sawmill. It was a great location to downtown Breckrendrige. It was very clean when we arrived and it really had everything we needed. There just a few suggestions I would recommend. The patio only had one chair and also I couldn't locate a cutting board. Our family really enjoyed this condo. Thank you

This condo was great and convenient to all the amenities Breckenridge has to offer. It really is a ski-in Condo from the Four O'clock ski run and the shuttle stop to the Gondola or Snowflake lift is literally steps from building and runs frequently. The condo is spacious and ideal for larger groups particularly with the open layout for the living room/kitchen, bedrooms in back and loft. The reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5 are as follows: There is only one electrical outlet next to the dining table and only the bottom plug worked, hence, I was only able to plug my computer in to charge and not my monitor. Also, the oven appears to cook food unevenly (outdated and may need to be replaced). Lastly, it was frustrating that housekeeping did not provide enough toilet paper to accommodate 8 adults for 3 nights. Aside from these nuances, great location and very comfortable! BTW: The television has been updated from what you see in the pictures. There is a Vizio 40 inch LCD TV instead of the silver cathode ray tube...

This condo was super convenient in location to EVERYTHING!! We enjoyed our stay, and was very comfortable. The only downfall was some of the furnishings were a little outdated, but they suited our needs.. We only had to report a few items that needed a little TLC (Dryer vent needs cleaned out or replaced, cabinets in the back bathroom needed fixed, and a new light bulb was needed over the shower,but other than those simple repairs, the Condo was great. Beds were super comfortable, and we had more than enough room for all in our group to move around and be comfortable. We look forward to our next visit to Breckenridge!!

Great stay in Breckenridge--reasonable priced and clean. The balcony overlooks the river and you can open the windows in bedroom and hear the river rushing (very peaceful) The fireplace was gas and added a nice touch. The only downfall would be the flooring (carpet) needs to be replaced had quite a few snags in it. Bedding was great--thanks for a great stay!

We sure love the location of the condo?.it is so close to the Riverwalk for musical events. The accommodations are great and people there very friendly and helpful!!! Always lots to do in Breck.
