This was the perfect size and location for my family! Easy parking, easy transportation to Peak 9/Beaver Run base, and easy to ski right down to the condo for the night. Ski storage, elevator so you don’t have to go up the stairs with gear or groceries. Well stocked, super clean. Will def checkout again!!!

The condo was clean and cozy. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed for preparing meals (minus the actual food). Would stay again.

the base of this condo is the end of the trail for the 4 oclock run, also, 1 block from main street. we couldnt of chose a better location. very happy with the condo, not to impressed with the bedding, however it was very clean.

It was the perfect place to stay for a short weekend trip in town. A short walk to Main Street and easy to get around Breckenridge. We were able to check in early because our flight got in earlier. They were very friendly and easy to work with.

With such low toilets, you need to put a 12-inch grab bar on wall between door and the toilet paper holder. Kitchen is well-stocked. Condo location is great.

Midtown is great for summer, and we walked everywhere we wanted to go, except two of us drove closer to where the Troll is--visiting the great Troll was definitely worth the effort. We mostly ate in, as it is easier and more timely than the alternative, especially when you fix a lot of it ahead of arriving. Happily, the kitchen was well-appointed for a rental unit. It was nice to get away from the hot weather of the Front Range of Colorado where we all are from.

The management company was easy to deal with and accommodating, let us check in early. Close to the slopes and Main Street. Comfortably sleeps 4. Would recommend staying here.

Spacious condo close to town for walking, right at the end of Four O'clock Run, Free Ride stop right in front of the condo, Ski Rental was across the street. A little dated in the decor, but very comfy beds (Down mattress pad) and furniture. VERY impressed with how well the kitchen utensils, pots/pans, etc were stocked and organized. We shopped and stocked groceries for most meals and were able to cook everything we bought and found what we needed in the kitchen. We'd ski in the am, come back for lunch, then ski again in the afternoon and walk to dinner. Will definitely stay at Sawmill again. One item to note: Did hear the people above us quite a bit, but you get that in most condo buildings.

Located one block from main street and directly beside shuttle stop and terminus of Lower 4 o'clock trail (ski in) it was very convenient. The unit is dated but comfortable, however it could use a large humidifier to combat the extremely dry air. Noise from the unit above was distracting but tolerable. All in all, a fairly nice place to stay.

Highly recommend this condo for your Breck stay. Walking distance to downtown. Ski right to the condo at the end of the day or for a lunch break. Bus stop to get to the slopes is right there. Recommend colorado ski and snowboard for your rental needs. Best prices and friendly staff

This was a great place to stay for our first ski trip to Breckenridge. We loved being near the 4 o'clock ski run and that everything was within walking distance or a bus ride away. The condo was cozy and we loved the fireplace and that the kitchen was stocked well.
We will definitely be back and thanks to GW Lodging for the great service!

This is our second family ski trip. Both so far have been in Breckenridge as we all love this town and ski resort. We rented two units 303 & 304 and we're happy with the condition and amenities in both units. It was nice to be so close to town as we rarely drove our rental car. The best thing about the Sawmill property is the proximity to both the shuttle and the ability to ski in on the four o'clock run right to the parking lot of the unit. We will definitely look at units in this complex for future trips. The accommodation s were clean and we had all the kitchen utensils needed for meals. All in all we were happy with the unit it wasn't luxurious but it definitely met our needs.
