Come and enjoy this in town, two bedroom slope side condo. This spacious condo sleeps up to eight people. This unit also has been repainted and updated for your needs with a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi and contemporary furnishings. With extra bedding in the second bedroom, this is a great unit for families who want to make the best use of their space.

The Sawmill Creek complex provides one covered parking space, two indoor hot tubs and elevator access. Only 20 yards from the Four O’clock ski run, you can ski home at the end of the day. With shuttle stops right outside the complex, you can make your way to the Snowflake Lift in less than five minutes. Downtown Main Street is only a block away, and provides you with all the shopping and dining you can enjoy. For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay.

Great rental if you’re seeking a base within walking distance of everything downtown. Lots of trails and attractions nearby. Would be a fantastic spot for a skiing vacation. A little noisy right off of Park Ave. if you like leaving windows open. Overall lovely stay and a good value. Thanks!

The positives of this property are its location (ski-in, drive out) and the number of beds.
Otherwise, the condo is in poor condition. The toilet runs continuously, the main bedroom bed has a very old mattress and tiny pillows, there are holes in the walls where hooks/racks used to be. The kitchen is bare bones - short-term renters can surely benefit from a full set of matching dishes, various sizes of bowls, and some necessities such as cooking spray, foil, plastic wrap. The supplies in the kitchen are lacking.

I would probably give 3.5 stars to the rental. Overall, the space was ok; it was clean, and more spacious than we were thinking. 6 of us fit comfortably, and it was a great location. My only cons were the microwave didn't work, the shower doors did not slide because they were not hung correctly, and the beds were ok. I think if you spend this on a rental the beds should be great. All in all, I would probably stay again but would ask the microwave and shower doors to be fixed.

Great great great location in Breck. Right next to the end of 4 o’clock ski run which also has a stop for the free shuttle. Walking distance to literally everything in town. Quick access to both snowflake lift and peak 9 base via the shuttle. The unit itself is tired and could for sure use a few coats of paint and a little TLC but all in all a great place to stay! We had a late check in and the process was flawless, just called a few weeks before our stay and the check in package was ready to go at the main office. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

Perfect condo for two families! The location is within walking distance to Gondola, Main St and many local shops and restaurants. The condo has plenty of cooking utensils and bedding for the pull out couch. The living room has games and our families enjoyed playing cards when not skiing. The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with toiletries. This is a ski in condo with balcony overlooking the area. The free bus shuttle was just steps away from the condo.

We did call maintenance for the microwave and they were so fast to bring us a replacement. The office staff and maintenance staff were so accommodating.

We will definitely return to this Condo again.

It was exactly what we wanted. Ski rentals across the street, main street shops down the road, the shuttle stop right outside, and could ski right to "home" at the end of the day. The only thing I remember wishing was having an additional large skillet so I could make hashbrowns and the eggs at the same time for our breakfasts. Otherwise, the kitchen was fully stocked.

We had an amazing trip overall. Our condo was nice and it was obvious the owner has made updates to light fixtures etc. The decor was nice & appropriate for a condo in CO. The downside for me was the firmness of the beds. However, everyone likes different sleeping styles. For a VRBO, I understand why a firm mattress is provided. Overall, I would stay here again & recommend it to others. Love how close is it to main street!

This was a nice condo convenient to the bus stop and we could ski right back to the condo for lunch. The pullout sofa bed was the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept on.

My only cons were not enough toilet paper, the sliding door was hard to use and the comforters needed to be replaced they were lumpy and unusable.

This property met all our needs.! Directly booking took the guesswork out of meeting our budget and assisted us in sleeping multiple people in separate beds without spending a fortune. There was a grill conveniently located outside our door if you wanted to cookout and we had close access to the elevator and garage. We were able to walk to every attraction due to our ideal location, so we never paid for parking fees. The property was clean and cozy and it made for a great home away from home. I came home with all clean clothes due to the direct access to a washer and dryer. I would certainly request this property again.

The condo was very well laid out and slept the 7 of us comfortably. The dining and living areas also have lots of seating to accommodate a large family. Only complaints are: not enough parking in the complex and a refrigerator that seemed to run loudly constantly. We were there a very busy weekend, so could only park one car. It is a pain to have to park the second car a long ways away. The town of Breckenridge is easily walking distance, and the snow sculptures were just across the street!

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge and staying at this condo. It had every thing we needed for our trip and was the perfect size for our group.
The bad: We got locked in because the lock broke, but after calling the after hours line, maintenance came right away. It took them awhile to fix so in order to get our kids to ski school on time, we had to go out the window. (Not the owners fault, just a formality). I would suggest adding a full length mirror and some throw blankets to use while sitting on the couch. The carpets are white so we had to make sure to take off our shoes before stepping on the carpet. There were stains already and we did not want to add to them. The insulation above was not the best or the neighbors upstairs were very loud.
The good: It was stocked with what we needed to cook from easy breakfasts, to pizzas in the oven. It was clean and the humidifier was very useful. The kids loved the bunk beds. It was very close to everything in town where we could walk to everything. To get on the slopes we just hopped on the bus (just outside of our condo) to the gondola which was a very short ride and were on the slopes in less than 20 minutes. The hot tubs were very nice after a long day of skiing, they even provided plastic cups for our cocktails. My daughter also left her cell phone. I called and asked if they had it and they didn't, but a few days later the manager of the cleaning company called to say they found it and were turning it into the great western lodging company the next day. We really appreciate their honesty and wiliness to help us get it back.

All in all we would recommend staying here. Even with the minor set back of getting locked in we had a wonderful time and the kids loved skiing so much we will definitely be back. Thank you for lending out your home to us!

This was a great location very close to the shops and bars but not so close you get caught up in traffic. The condo was very comfortable, although it would have been nice to have 1 or 2 more pans for cooking. Other than that no complaints.

This was a gorgeous and cozy accommodation, equipped with everything we needed for out stay. The best part was the ski-in location, right off a green which worked great for everyone in our group. Check in and out was also super easy. I'd highly recommend staying here!

This condo was very cozy. Nice to have the living room and kitchen for a family of 4 to relax and spend time together. However, there was still an issue with the TV. Reception was stagnant at times. I have to young boys who were looking forward to watching March Madness and TV quality was poor.

Kitchen was great! Loved the fireplace, too.

The 2 bedroom condo was neat, clean, and both bathrooms had been recently updated. The larger bedroom had a king size bed as well as bunk beds which made plenty of room for guests. The only problem was that the television system would not function properly. After the first day the guide and info functions did not perform properly. There were multiple service people involved trying to fix the problem, but to no avail. Fortunately, most of our time was spent on the mountains skiing and not watching television. Other than that small inconvenience everything was wonderful.
