Perfect Ski In Ski Out condo.

This was exactly what I was looking for in a slope side condo. After clicking into my skis it was about 30 seconds to the lift. I also like the way the room is set up. Very comfortable and the jacuzzi was exactly what I needed after a great day of skiing. This is by far the best place I’ve stayed on a ski trip. I hope to stay again sometime and will absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to ski Breckenridge.

Wonderful location with garage parking and ski storage. Within walking distance to town. Very quiet inside the lodge the week we were there. The kitchenette was perfect for small meals. We would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Great location, nothing agains the place. could have used a larger kitchen. IT was quite and peacfull. I loved the Skii In Skii out at snow flake lift. Only complaint I would have is, I never could understand the heating thermostat. There was no vents, We never were able to get the temporture right. We froze or burned up at night. The Fire place seemed to not want to stay on. We craked the window at night. I think they need to look at that or place some instructions for us Texans that only know how to use a A.C.

Clean, close to town, great price and well equipped. Good configuration for the size. Bed was very firm, not bad quality just very firm. Nice place!! Would recommend!!!!

Easy ski-in ski-out condo to the Snowflake Lift with heated garage and an elevator which was especially useful while wearing ski boots. Our unit had a pipe start leaking in the bathroom on a Sunday night, and the staff worked quickly to fix the leak, clean up the floor, and reimburse us for the trouble. I would stay here again based on the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff alone

Nice location to ski out on the snowflake lift. Easier and shorter to ski back in on the 4 O'clock run and ski to the path to the condos. Room temperature warm and did not adjust.

Check in was great, very helpful staff. In general the studio was just perfect for my wife and our two girls. Beautiful view of the lifts particularly when windows were open, excellent proximity to Snowflake lift. The building itself was very clean. The parking garage was a nice surprise. Great water pressure.. nice toaster oven for breakfast bagels. My only complaints: the bathroom should come with shampoo/conditioner (even basic hotel stock). One of the humidifiers did not work, which are very much needed in the dry weather. Overall, we were very impressed and would stay there again.

The property and the check in/out process was wonderful. The accommodations were exactly as shown and quite pleasant. The ONLY issue was the temp control of the unit. The weather was unusually warm so when we arrived it was almost 80 degrees in the unit. We opened the windows and about 15+ hrs later it was cooler. With radiant in floor heating, the temp regulating is a slow process. Despite that, I would most definitely stay there again!

We had a great time. Unfortunately the room had several issues during our stay. The windows did not work and the property management company had to come and fix them as they would not close. The freezer froze some of our food in the refrigerator as the door would not close. Hot tub did not work the two nights we were there. We were very thankful 4 Great Western Property Management as they came and dealt with our few issues. I would definitely go through them again, I'm just not sure I would want this room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at River Bend Lodge. The condo was very cozy and comfortable. I liked how the bathroom was split with a shower and sink in one bathroom, and the toilet and sink in the other. Plenty of storage for getting things like luggage out of the way. The kitchen was super small, but adequate for the little food preparation we did do. It was well stocked with everything you need for simple cooking operations. The condo was minutes from downtown with a lot of shopping and restaurants. The hot tubs (one inside and out) where a nice feature to come back to after hiking Quandary Peak. The only thing I would recommend is that this condo is really adequate for only two people. we loved Breckinridge and will definitely come back!

The best aspect of this property is its proximity to the Snowflake Lift! You can walk out the back door and be on the lift in just a couple of minutes. There is plenty of room in the condo for a couple or family with small children. The kitchen is great for preparing simple meals or for heating pizza or take-out. 2 community hot tubs and grills round off this great ski vacation experience!
