The townhouse was a fantastic property. Skiing in and out made the day easy. Plus the lift was not crowded--though we skied during the week. The hot tub was a very nice amenity. Kitchen was well stocked. Having a heated garage was a big plus when loading and unloading our vehicle. Overall, a great place.

The skiing access is amazing.

You can gear up and ski the road to 4 o’clock then down to the snowflake lift. The hot tub was also amazing!

Great place to stay. Location was great and the space was well designed. The only issues that we found were some things in the kitchen needed cleaning before use. There were several option for very large pots but a lack of average sized pots to use. Not a major problem just took some planning if you are planning to cook several things at one time.

There are 3 true bedrooms and the “den” is located in the basement by itself with a pull-out couch, bathroom, and doors. This wasn’t entirely clear in the description. The house met all of our needs. The furnishings, carpet, and decorations are a little dated, which would be one of its few downsides.

The property is described as ski in ski out. You cannot, however, ski to and from the door of the house. It’s about a 200-yard walk from the front door down the street and through a little path to get to 4 o’clock run. You then ski down, take off your skis, cross the street, and walk up to the Snowflake lift. When coming back, you ski to where you started and walk up the street to the house.

Peak Ski and Bike is located right across from the Snowflake lift making it a convenient place to get rentals. There is also a lift ticket office located right there as well for picking up lift tickets.

The hot-tub is large, with seating for 8 people, and located conveniently right outside the main level back doors.

It is about a 5-minute drive to town, and it would not be a very quick walk.

Other than the fact that it wasn’t ski in ski out to the door like we expected and things were a little dated, this house was great for our group of eight. The price was pretty reasonable compared to similar properties we looked at making this a good option.

Every year we come to Breckenridge with family to enjoy the beautiful summer weather and this was our first time staying with Great Western Lodging. We were very pleased with their service and the check-in process was very simple given we had a late flight in. We had 6 adults and 4 kids with us and this unit provided plenty of space, it even had a little hang out area for the kids while we enjoyed a glass of wine in the hot tub during the evenings. We are already planning our trip for next summer and will definitively request this same townhome.
