Situated at the south end of town, this fourth floor condo offers a spacious floor plan with a vaulted interior and beautiful views. Featuring an open kitchen, flat screen TVs in living area and master bedroom, gas fireplace and a balcony with expansive views of the ski area, this condo is finely appointed with the nice mountain furnishings. Whether here on work or play, you can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi, recently updated to ensure fast, high-speed internet. Guests will have access to secured underground heated parking and elevator access.

This was our second stay at this convenient and comfy condo. It's spacious and just a short walk to the lifts. Great western lodging is responsive and makes check-in/check-out very easy. We're hoping to stay here again next year!

This is the third time we've stayed here and you can't beat the location/proximity to Quicksilver and Main Street, not to mention the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We also appreciated the change in TV location and seating in the living room and although we were not particularly thrilled with the 3-tier bunkbeds upstairs, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved staying at this spacious condo. It was just a short walk to the quicksilver lift which was really convenient for us. There was more than enough room for our group (4 adults and 2 kids) and we had everything we needed to cook our meals at the condo. We'll definitely stay here again!

This was an ideal place for our big family. We had plenty of room to spread out and be together. Downtown and easy hiking trails are easily accessible. Nicely equipped kitchen had everything we needed. Would strongly recommend for families!

The location of this unit is spectacular! A short walk to town and it looks over the mountains which is an added bonus. The unit was clean and the check in process was painless. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is considering a summer or winter stay in this beautiful town. We look forward to coming back!

This condo was in an excellent location. I was so relieved to find out the building had an elevator!!! Something much needed in Breck if you aren't used to the altitude. The heated garage was also a huge plus. We were a group of 6 adults and had plenty of room to move around the house. The Quicksilver chair was about 250 steps from the unit!

Great place for what we needed. Kitchen had the right supplies. Bathrooms had way more towels/soap/shampoo/conditioner than we needed(we had a small number of people at the condo). Comfortable beds. Plenty of blankets and bedding. Put a fan in front of a screened window to draw in fresh air during the day. Quiet corner unit. Parking spot was right next to the elevator. A few things could be updated around the place, but those things weren't big deals to me at all. I've been told some updating will be happening in the near future, so maybe my comment will become irrelevant. If you have a full house, bring additional paper towels and laundry detergent. Someone had left behind plenty of Cascade for the dishwasher, so that was nice. Location of condo was good. There was just a short walk by the Mountain Valley Lodge pool to cut through to Main St. Took us probably 4-5 walking min to get from our front door to Main St. Walking out the back side of Powderhorn put us right along a stream flowing into Maggie Pond. There was a Charter Sports rental location within 1 min from our building, but it was closed when we were there. So the next closest location was just maybe a 2-3 min walk from there. Not bad at all. The humidifiers I found either looked in bad shape, or didn't appear to work. Bought one at Walmart and just left it there. The air is definitely more dry in Breck than where we were from. We left windows and doors open at night so the unit would cool down nicely. Temps were mid-70s down to upper 50s for us. It sprinkled a few times throughout the week, but didn't last long. Spacious place for our needs. Great stay. I'd go again. Enjoy!

The location of the is condo is perfect! 3 minute walk to the chairlift and a 5 minute walk to Main St. It was spacious enough for our group of 8, but would have been a little crowded with more than that. Beds were comfortable and there was enough living space for the 8 of us to all sit together. The only complaints were that we were given the wrong keys at check-in and one of the tub faucets was broken, but the staff was very responsive and brought us the correct keys right away and our tub was fixed within 20 minutes. Overall great stay and would stay again if back in Breck!

There were so many great things about this property - it was amazingly close to the Peak 9 lifts and kids ski school (and town for that matter), it was spacious and roomy, had lots of beds and plenty of light, had an elevator that was close to our unit, underground parking for one car and another could park outside near the unit. Several of the beds could use new mattresses as they dipped in the middle, though the king bed in the master was fine. The bathrooms and kitchens could use some updating, but that's just being picky. The space and location were definitely more important to my crew.

Molly was very helpful to make the reservation. check-in was relatively simple but I question the check out routine. I dropped my keys through a hole in a metal box that anyone could have fished out with a small hanger . The condo was nice but the ceiling fans were filthy so don't turn them on. I was called on my first night and reminded to take out my trash and do the dishes yet they had dirty pans in the cabinet so it's a parent nobody does a thorough check when they turn the unit over . A plate broken in half was on the bottom of the plates pile and bowls were significantly chipped and the fireplace did not turn on .The beds have some challenges as stated in an earlier review .overall my stay was acceptable but There is room for improvement to turn this from a decent place into an excellent place to stay

An absolutely wonderful place to stay. Much room. Great facilities. Awesome views. One window could have used a window screen in dining room. We were concerned for our small grandchildren as we were on the fourth floor.
I would recommend Great West Lodging for sure. Very organized and detailed planning.

The WOW factors of this condo are 15 ft ceilings (some rooms), 3 balconies, penthouse views on all sides, one block to restaurants/shops and great privacy. When we had a problem with our barbecue grill, it was fixed quickly. Highly recommend this unit.

The condo was great for the price. Beautiful views and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The main reason I chose to only give a 3 rather than a 5 is due to the condition of the mattresses. Every mattress, other than the bunk beds is in desperate need of replacement. I had to sleep on the couch every night because my husband and I both fell to the middle of the bed in the double bedroom. I believe the description also said that there would be TV's in each bedroom and the double bedroom didn't have a TV at all and the upstairs TV didn't work. Had the sleeping quarters been better I'm certain I would have given a 5 for my review, but having not slept well the entire trip I feel that a 3 is the best I can do. I would definitely stay there again, under the conditions that all mattresses had been replaced.

This was my first time in Breckenridge and first time staying at Great Western Lodging.. We were a group of 10 people/friends and I organized the trip. I didn't now what to expect by the pictures... I highly recommend this unit, is spacious for 10 people., you don't feel clutter. It is clean and it has the necessary kitchen aids to cook. The location is great. we where just 5 minutes walking from Peak 9, Village. I am glad that we didn't rent car. The view in the morning is great.. You will wake up looking at the mountains. Main st is 10 min walking.. The town is so cute to walk that really you don't need a car.. Oh the toaster work so well that is better if you set it up on 3 hehe or the alarm will go off as happened to us... I can't wait to go back next year.

The location is fabulous - quick walk to Quicksilver Lift and to town. The sleeping arrangement worked well for our family of 10. The kitchen was well-equipped and the unit was very clean. Views from Powderhorne A405 condo are terrific from all windows. Other than the toaster, which does not work, all the appliances were great. The double bed room could use a light in the closet. Those are minor items, though. With 10 people, there were plenty of places for everyone to relax and enjoy the stay. We'll be back!

Everyone in our family was so jealous of our beautifully decorated, quiet, spacious condo during our Brennan Family Reunion the first week of August! This condo is absolutely gorgeous and comfortable and extremely QUIET!!! Many of my siblings lost sleep in their condos due to outside noise, construction, loud partying from the Pub across the street from their condo. But, we didn't hear a peep in our condo and all slept very well!
We can't wait to come back and we will definitely request Powderhorn A405 again! Our new home away from home!
