So pack your gear, find the perfect guide and get ready to catch some large rainbow and brown trouts as you explore our small streams, reservoirs, and alpine lakes. Be sure to purchase your fishing license from the Colorado Parks and Wildlife or a local guide service.
Buffalo Flats was an old gold mining tent city where miners lived as they sought their treasure. Today, it's proudly Breckenridge Golf Club. The course is a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course right here in town. Due to its popularity, it was expanded in 2021 when Elk Nine opened. This beautiful course offers 27 holes to play, overlooking 10 miles of the mountain range. It's common to spot wildlife during your round, including beaver, deer, elk, moose, and sometimes even a bear.
