We had a great stay. The place was very clean, tidy, and spacious for our group of 6. It is 4 floors total so it’s important all the guests can do lots of stairs. All the basic necessities and household items were available including dishes, cookware, towels, and bathroom toiletries. Check in and check out was simple and easy and they also allowed late check out which was appreciated! Great place that I would gladly recommend to a family or group of friends

Great location on Blue River

Well furnished unit close to downtown Silverthorne just off the Blue River..

Beautiful and convenient

This townhouse is beautifully appointed. We attended a wedding at Silverthorne Pavillion. We were able to walk there as well as to cafes, stores and the riverwalk. The two-car garage was a bonus!

You need to update your $15 toaster and make climate control easier and more efficient; we could not lower temp even if we wanted to.
