Great condo! Location is perfect for downtown and ski in access which was so much easier after a lon day skiing than taking the bus. Condo was updated and had many nice finishing touches. Lots of dishes, etc. Hot tub was kept clean despite continued use / a hard task! The condo even included humidifiers in each room. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location, walk everywhere no matter the season. End of Four o clock run is literally at the condo. We had four adults and an 11 month old. Very toddler friendly, as the main bedrooms are on the first floor. A pack and play option for sleep would have been the cherry on top though, but unfortunately there isn’t one and trying to find one brought some inconvenience.
The hosts are very responsive and fixed our coffee machine within two hours. We were thrilled with our stay and if we come back to breck we will for sure try to book this spot again.

Loved everything about this cozy, stylish, well equipped condo! Close to town and the gondola… we walked everywhere! Kitchen has everything you need to cook, including basic spices and coffee filters for the nice drip coffee maker. Games, extra blankets, fans, humidifiers… they thought of everything! We will be back! God Bless!

This complex has a great location for exploring Breckenridge. Our visit was during the summer, so ski access was unimportant, but from looking at the ski slopes, it appears to be very convenient, the 4 O'Clock trail runs right to the door. Easy access to hiking, easy walking to Main Street for shopping and dining, easy walk to the gondola to access the mountain activities. The condo was updated and very nice. Plenty of sleeping options for our family of 4, including 2 teenagers. They were able to find private space of their own. I could tell the complex was a little older, but our unit was updated and nice. Well worth the money as it was reasonably priced. My family really enjoyed Breckenridge and our stay at Sawmill Creek!

This was our 4th time staying at Sawmill Creek condos and we were very impressed with condo 314. You simply cannot beat the location of this condo and that’s what keeps us coming back. The only thing I wish we had this time was humidifiers for the room. We will be back for sure!
