Take a dip in the two indoor hot tubs, enjoy the shared grills and a covered parking space. Just outside the complex is the nearest bus to take you to your next skiing destination. For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay.

Great Stay in Breckenridge!

Great location, easy walk to the local restaurants and shops. Ski bus stop right in front and you can ski down the 4O’clock run to get home at the end of the day. Hot tub was lovely and was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked as well. We had a great time!

Wonderful weekend stay!

Wonderful stay in Breckenridge with family. The location was super, the place was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were great. Highly recommend - would stay again!
