This place is great. True ski in/out just steps behind the hot tub in the back. Very easy to get in and check out. Everything was clean and well supplied - including towels for the hot tub. Highly recommend!

Property is exactly as described. Just close enough to main street and far enough away so you still feel like you're just in the mountains. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Breck!

We had a great stay at this property! The only downside is there are 2 parking spots. Half of the group had to go to a parking lot and then get a ride back to the property. Other then that is was a great stay!

The townhouse was exactly how it looks in the pictures, maybe even slightly larger in person. Beds were comfy and the hot tub was in excellent condition. We stayed here for Oktoberfest in breck with the changing of the leaves, it was fantastic! About a 13min walk to town as well :)

What a great place to stay!!
We were there for a whole week and couldn't ask for anything more.
The place is clean, well organized, spacious (we were a group of 10 and we had plenty space for everyone to hang out and sleep comfortably)
The views are awesome, the location can't be better.
A true ski in/ski out condo you literally open the door of the lower room and get our snowboarding/skiing, or through the private garage where you can store your whole equipment.
Can't say it enough, the place was perfect, and the front desk are easily accesible and super responsive.
We hope to be back soon and for sure will try to stay here again.

This house was great! There are tons of kitchen supplies (including a huge crockpot). The pullout couch is super comfortable. Also the TV in the family room is upgraded it is was probably a 65". The hot tub was amazing and super clean. The heated garage was really nice to keep our car in. I would recommend making sure if you rent skis to put them inside or close to your side of the house. Our neighbors left and had the ski company pick up their skis. The ski company accidentally took one our skies too. Overall this house was perfect and we loved our time at Breckenridge. A little far to walk to downtown but there is a bus too. We mainly ubered to downtown and it was about $10-13.

Outstanding property with amazing location right on the Snowflake run - literally 8 feet out the backdoor! Pictures do not do the house justice either...modern, comfortable furnishings with spacious layout that is excellent for a group. Also has space for two cars, and the Satellite Lot for additional vehicles is not too far away.
