If you're visiting for the summer, you can enjoy the hundreds of miles of mountain biking trails, single track, downhill and road biking, and hiking trails located nearby. If water sports are more your speed, we highly recommend exploring the Dillon Reservoir. Spend a lovely summer day kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, or take in the majestic surrounding mountain views from a pontoon boat!

Everthing is good but one thing to mention: Be careful about the warm water, once if the downstairs people are taking shower, the upstairs people cannot get hot water. I guess the reason is the pressure is high enough to pump the hot water to upstairs when downstairs are using.
