Great location for family skiing. Convenient to Peak 9 base and pretty much everything else. Rental shop on first floor gave 20% discount to guests.
Unit was nice and seemed to have relatively recent renovations. Bathrooms both nice and kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, appliances and utensils. Overall we were very pleased.
Few minor issues - internet was not working in the unit so we were told by property manager to connect to adjacent units (which worked). Need blinds on the upper windows as the incoming sun can be very bright, especially to anyone sleeping on the sofa. Very minor overall and wouldn’t keep us from returning

Fantastic! Ideal location! Would definitely stay again! Very easy check in. Very clean and comfortable amenities for family spring break trip with husband and 17yr old son. The location is absolutely perfect! Walk across the street to lift and easy walk to shops and dining. Kitchen is nicely furnished with everything you could need. Two full bathrooms is great! Private hot tub is HUGE selling point! Management was quick to respond, professional, and friendly. Deserving of 5 star review but would definitely suggest putting a king bed in at least one bedroom. Also, since the private hot tub is such a huge selling point for many guests, I would suggest fixing the hot tub so all the jets function properly or upgrading to new system. I would definitely recommend Park Avenue Lofts 307!

Probably the best location we have stayed to date for easy access to the slopes (not ski in, ski out, but as, if not more, convenient). Condo was a nice size and had all the amenities you need. On site ski storage was a bonus! We would definitely rent again.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Literally a stones throw from the shops and restaurants downtown. Gorgeous view of the town and mountains from unit. Mattresses and bedding leave a little to be desired for the pickier sleeper. Hot tub on roof is amazing and was clean/treated/ready to go upon arrival. Internet was not functional at arrival, but was apparently just a miscommunication as we were promptly given information for a neighboring unit when it was brought up. Great stay and would stay again.

Overall, we had an incredible time at this Airbnb. The location was great, you’re right in the middle of it all, and within walking distance to the nearest lift at the bottom of Peak 9. We only had a couple mishaps, like the tv connection and WiFi didn’t work the last 2 days/nights of our stay. So thank god we brought a Nintendo Switch to entertain us :). Also we couldn’t change the temperature of the unit, so had to rely on opening windows to cool it down because it was incredibly hot through the night. And you’ll have to either leave your ski/snowboard equipment in your car, or use their valet because you won’t be able to keep it in your unit. So just depends if you see that as an inconvenience or not. But as a whole, we really enjoyed our time here, and it’s worth the price for the location.

This place is a perfect crash pad for those looking to ski all day - across the street from Lift 9 and one block from main street - it is a wonderfully convenient location! The amenities are nice - hot tub worked, fireplace worked, and living room TV had a good selection of channels. Nice views outside to watch the snow fall and enough space to not be on top of each other (there were 3 of us). If bringing a kid, there is no plastic cups/plates, so bring your own kid-friendly needs (there is a nice bathtub in master bathroom!). Would stay again without question.

Great location with lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Entrance to parking garage is tight with a truck but still fits. Stairs to front entrance were a challenge with a stroller as the lift was locked but we just carried the stroller up the stairs. Elevator inside the building. Overall, great stay and loved the private hot tub.

I’m familiar with Breck but needed a place easy to walk everywhere with young kids starting to ski. This was as close as you can get to the village base - perfect! And right by Main Street so walked everywhere. The private balcony hot tub was a nice addition and being in a small building versus huge place to walk through to get in/out was perfect. This condo itself was great space and felt even bigger with 1 bedroom being upstairs. Only addition is it would be great to have a few games or cards or something like that for visitors that can’t bring all of the along. But overall wonderful and we will be back!

Everything was great, and we really love the location. I only have a couple of comments on condition. I understand the units get a lot of traffic and having the hot tub on the deck is really nice. However, the carpet on the stairs and 4th floor landing was in pretty tough shape. I'm sure it's very difficult to keep clean, but maybe there is a better solution. Also, the stairway walls need touch up paint, which I'm sure happens a lot as well. The blue chair on the 4th floor landing is in very worn and should probably be removed.

We absolutely loved sitting in the secluded hot tub looking out over Breckenridge and up at the stars. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Breckenridge.

Great place to stay in an ideal location. Parked in the underground garage, walked downstairs for ski rentals, walked across the street to Peak 9 lifts, walked down Main to restaurants and shopping, and came back to relax with drinks in the private hot tub. Doesn't get much better!

Excellent location for ski and restaurants.
Clean. The kitchen has lots of utensils for cooking.
Half of the hot tub jets on the deck were not working, but very nice though.
The next door building ventilation is very loud. (needed earplugs)
The bed sheets were too shorts and came out every night.

My besties and I spent a weekend here and absolutely loved both the unit and the location. We were close to all kinds of restaurants, cafes, shopping and the free trolley. The private hot tub was wonderful and easy to use. While the unit didn't have AC, opening the windows did the trick and we didn't mind at all. I would 100% stay here again.

My husband and two teenage daughters stayed in unit 307 for our Spring Break ski trip. We loved everything about this place and it was in the perfect location. The place was clean, comfy, and cozy. We especially loved the fireplace and the private hot tub. We definetly plan to return to Breckenridge and would love to rent the same unit again. My family had an amazing ski trip to Breckenridge. We stayed in unit 307 -Park Ave. Lofts. The unit was was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We especially loved the fireplace and private hot tub. The location is excellent. We rented a car, but not necessarily needed. A short walk to downtown for shopping and restaurants, and super close to ski school/lift. We definitely plan to return. Thank you to the owner(s) and management company for providing a wonderful place to vacation.

This condo is nice. Unique in the sense that the laundry in on the stairs landing, however not a deal breaker. My only issue was that all of the remotes had dead batteries. I did not go to Breck to watch TV but a night when relaxing I like to watch some. I had to go to the store to buy some. Not a fault of the owner but perhaps the managing company. Small complaint, but will stay again as I have many times before.

This was our first time for the family of four to go to Colorado. I was so happy we made the decision to stay at Park Ave Loft. It is very close to shopping and everything we wanted to do. We walked to the shops every night. (Make sure you get the cr?pes they are delicious.) Private parking was plus. Condo was clean with everything we needed. Appreciated the dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, and coffee filters. The only negative comment I can say is the lower level tub does not drain properly. Other than that we had a great stay! We would stay again.

Perfect location! Can walk to everything-lifts, shopping, and restaurants! The complimentary ski valet was awesome too! The condo was the perfect space for a family of four. We enjoyed the hot tub daily! Only wish it had all jets properly working. Really appreciated the coffee and the laundry detergent! Look forward to returning next year!

Fabulous location! Went here with 3 girlfriends in mid-september. The location was beautiful, hot tub was a wonderful addition. They have a coffee maker, so bring some coffee. Sleeping with the windows cracked and feeling the fresh air was fantastic. It was at the end of main street, but a very easy walk to anywhere in town. Would definitely stay here again. My only recommendation would be to put some chairs out on the patio by the hottub to enjoy the outdoors more. Thanks!

We have stayed at Park Ave Lofts several time in different condos. This one is by far the most roomy and up kept. My favorite condo by far.

Park Avenue Loft 307 is one of the best locations we've stayed at in Breck for several reasons. Number one is location. It's across the street from the base of Peak 9, and only a short walk to Main Street. Ski/Board rental is right there as well, in the same building. We have normally stayed on the north end of town, but this condo is on the south end and even closer to Main Street shops. As anyone knows who has been to Breck, it is the best ski town by far. With 200 shops and a warm, rich culture, it's like walking into a Currier and Ives postcard, especially at night. This condo, along with the hot tub, was great, and has a good view of the town out the back windows. Being on the top floor, there is no noise above you as we have had at some other condos. The elevator and underground parking all worked great. The only complaints we had is that the upstairs bed sags to the middle, and the electronic room keys are easily erased - much easier than normal hotel keys. Maybe because we stayed 6 nights/7 days - not sure. All in all, it was a great trip and we liked this condo. Great Western was great to work with as always.

Loved it! Great place to stay close to main street we walked everywhere! We are currently looking at staying here again! The condo is great for large groups there was only 4 of us but I could see how we could have had more. It's very roomy and comfortable to stay in. I would recommend to any one looking for a place to rent !
