This two bedroom Breckenridge condo offers great assets in the unit such as a new flat screen TV in the living area, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and underground heated parking which is where you will find your own private ski locker. Sit back and enjoy your time in Breckenridge while being within a 1/2 block to Main Street and the Quicksilver Chair Lift. Building amenities also include a common-area outdoor hot tub, fitness center, and a conference room.

We had a great time in Breckenridge, and the condo was perfect for our family of four ... we enjoyed the space, the fireplace, and the hot tub! The location was great also -- just a block off Main Street. It was convenient to everything around that area, so we could walk everywhere. The underground parking is nice too ... it's a very tight squeeze through the garage so pull your rearview mirrors in just in case!

Perfect location.
Great place for a family of five. (2 adults and 3 kids).
The hotbtub on the balcony was awesome. Directly across the street from Unravel Coffee. You can walk to everything. Highly recommended.

This condo was the perfect stay for our family of 4. Our kids first time skiing (ages 8 and 11). Everything was very convienient and easily able walk to the ski lift at Peak 9, ski rentals, dining and shopping. Heated underground parking was much appreciated. Condo suited our needs. TV in the guest bedroom did not work, but we made do without it. Hot tub was a nice bonus in the evenings as well. Would stay here again and had a great time!!

Great location near Quicksilver lift and Main Street - easy walk to slopes and convenient access to shops/restaurant. Base Mountain Sports in the building is great for rental and complimentary ski storage (even if you don't rent from them - skis are not allowed in the condo). Private rooftop hot tub was perfect for apres. Contrary to some reviews we liked the mattresses (they are a bit firm but that was not a problem for us). Kitchen could be stocked a little better but overall no major complaints. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Great view, super close to Main Street and plenty of restaurants, covered garage, and private hot tub all make this place a great option in Breckenridge. We came in summer and there is no AC in the building; the unit does have a couple ceiling fans and does provide a few box fans but be prepared to leave windows open most of the time.

The view is incredible, even better than the pictures! The ski valet was totally overlooked on the listing but was an incredible convenience once arriving. Only negative is the beds are very uncomfortable.

Everything was just as the website described it to be. I love how unit 301 is on the corner of the building. My wife and I really enjoyed the views from our balcony and the private hot tub offered us a secluded and relaxing way to end a day of skiing.

However, there's just a couple of things that need to be addressed for me to give our stay 5 stars. First, the upstairs bedroom needs a new mattress POINT BLANK!! We really struggled to sleep on such a hard comforter the first couple of nights. Second, there was a ring around the tub in the downstairs bathroom. This is an easy fix. Other than these, we really enjoyed our stay! Everything else was clean and inviting.

Oh yea...I forgot to mention that the location of this lodge is perfect for getting around town. The quicksilver chair lift is right across the street! Also, Base Mountain Sports is on the first floor of the lodge! They offer free ski/snowboard equipment storage to guests of Park Avenue Lofts (whether you rent from them or not). I'd definitely recommend this unit to friends.

Quick walk right to the lifts and into town. Can’t beat the private hot tub with the view of the mountain. Heated parking garage. Cozy fireplace. This place was a dream!

This is a great condo in a great location. We have stayed three other places and will be stating in this condo from hear on out. From the views to the peonal hot tub, you cant go wrong with this place.

Great location, loved the Hot tub after a day of skiing, Very clean condo, You are in walking distance to the lifts and downtown area. Wife does not ski so she loved not having to drop us off everyday. The only down fall for us was the Beds are not comfortable, we have a sleep number bed at home so we thought maybe it was just us, But my daughter and her husband had the same issue, so they slept on the couch. Overall we enjoyed our stay..

This end unit condo has great views from the private hot tub, a nice cozy fireplace, a spacious master bathroom, and comfy queen beds. The heated garage was also a plus for us as skiers. And you can walk to the Quicksilver lift!

Great place to stay. Location was walking distance from everywhere in the town. The hot tub was awesome, especially after a day of skiing. Only thing that would have been nice would have been coffee and condiments to cook with. Overall great stay for our first time in Breckinridge!

Nice unit! Hot tub was perfect - even in the snow! The unit was very clean and easy to access. Covered/Heated parking is a big plus! Great location - easy access to everything in downtown Breckenridge! Strongly recommend!!

Had a great stay! Excellent location, quiet building, covered parking, hot tub an added bonus but there is no shield from the wind so it can be a bit cold. Easy check in, check out. I would stay here again!

This place was great for our family ski trip. The hot tub was the BEST amenity. So fun to sit in our private hot tub and watch the hustle and bustle outside. The location was awesome, the restaurant/bar across the street were amazing (Cabin Juice, Mi Casa) and 3 min walk to Quicksilver lift/apres ski at Maggie’s! We had a great stay! 

There were some areas on the floors & bathrooms that could have been a little cleaner. Also, the bedspreads/sheets on both beds could be changed out (holes, stains, etc.)

Ski trip for 4! Loved the underground parking and ski valet! Walk across the street and up a bit to the #9 peak quicksilver lift. Main Street is just around the corner. Place was very nice. Master is upstairs with the hot tub. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. Good times! Thank you from Lubbock TX.

We had a fantastic Spring Break in Breckenridge! This was our third time in Breck and this was by far the best place we've stayed. The first time we stayed in a small studio condo at The Village; it was nice but way too small for two adults and two teen boys and all of our ski equipment. We were there in the summer last year and stayed at Beaver Run, an ok place but very outdated and not big enough. Also it was a much farther walk to shops and restaurants. This time we hit the jackpot! This two bed two bath condo was the right amount of space for our family. The location was perfect. Condo was clean and finishes were very nice. We will stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay with Great Western Lodging at 301 Park Ave. Lofts. The unit is spacious for 2 couples. Very close to lifts, rentals are downstairs in the building with complimentary valet, and perfect location to walk to main street for dinner or shopping! James, our maintenance man was also wonderful! He helped up with everything we needed from the hot tub, extra towels, and laundry detergent! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay with Great Western Lodging at 301 Park Ave. Lofts. The unit is spacious for 2 couples. This is my family's second stay in this condo. We like this condo because it has a hot tub, it is on the corner, has a great view, and is conveniently located to the Maggie, Ski School and the Quick Silver Chair; furthermore, we enjoy the fact that it is just a short walk to get to any restaurant on main street. In summary, we enjoyed our stay again. We look forward to next year. The only comment I have is, I wish there were games (board, cards, jenga, etc,?) available for play.

Before booking this condo, we read the previous reviews. We were very hopeful that after a year, all issues would be resolved. Nonetheless, we were disappointed. The pilot light in fireplace wouldn't stay lit. The living room furniture is completely out of date and worn out! No support whatsoever. The upstairs bedding issue has not been resolved. The bed pillows were way too soft (there should be a variety). The dining room chairs are about to collapse and there are nails sticking out of 2 of them. The hot tub was amazing, but there needs be chairs outside as well (no where to put your towels while in the hot tub!). The view was spectacular. We would love to stay in the same condo next year, but it seems there is no guarantee that the owner will address these issues (considering the previous review of these issues was in March of last year!)

This unit is conveniently located with easy access to both restaurants, shopping and slopes. There is a ski shop located in the building which makes it very convenient if you need and ski clothing or rental equipment. The facilities are new and well kept. We immediately noticed, however, that the unit has some downsides. First the living room furniture is completely worn out, the seat cushions have absolutely no support. The fold out sofa bed is worn out as well and should be replaced. The bedding is old and should be upgraded, especially the pillows! When you are paying these rates, the furniture and bedding should be in top shape! The dining chairs are falling apart as well. Assuming these upgrades are made, I would absolutely consider renting this unit again, otherwise no way.

Terrific place. Beautiful views and no need for air conditioning even in August. The washer/dryer was really handy and the location is prime for restaurants, etc. an the grocery on Ridge St. We hope they add a couple of plastic lawn chairs for the deck (there is a lot of room) so we can sit up there and enjoy the view next year without being in the tub! We are coming back! : D

My husband and 2 daughters really enjoyed our stay! Perfect location in Breck with an easy walk to anywhere we wanted to go. Nice accommodations and we enjoyed the 2 stories to have separated rooms. The hot tub on the deck is a huge plus and enjoyed our view of the mountains while relaxing. It was also great to have a garage parking spot to easily get in/out of and a washer/dryer. In the summer without air conditioning, you definitely need the windows open and the only thing we found was that there were a couple windows that were hard to close because they were off their track. Overall a wonderful 4th of July spot and we'd love to return someday!

Very nice unit in a great location for us. Peak 9 and Ski School across the street, great rental company downstairs less expensive than the resort. Private hot tub was very cool ! Unit has nice bedrooms, living room is very small, TV over fireplace is high and you have to look up from couch, I found that annoying. Chairs in living room are worn out as well. Only a few units on 3rd floor were being used, it was very easy to hear everything being said in the hallway, can't imagine what that would be like in season. But, overall I was very happy with the location, quality of the unit, and very impressed with the staff at Great Western. I would rent from them again for any CO ski vacation.

Fabulous vacation retreat. Condo was extremely well decorated and comfortable ! All of the appliances and kitchenware were first rate. The hot tub is excellent. The location is perfect for the slopes and dining. We felt at home and relaxed from the moment we walked in. Hope to stay the same place next year!
