Description

Looking from this one bedrooms balcony over the Riverwalk of Breckenridge, it offers you a great view of our beautiful town. Walk to the base of Peak 9 by the Quicksilver Chairlift, and have access to the resort, ski school and a full mountain experience. This condo has a washer/dryer, flat screen TV, gas fireplace, stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite counter top and one underground parking space. The complex has one outdoor hot tub, a fitness room, and conference facilities.

What an amazing experience coming into Winter this year! My wife and I are from busy busy Denver, Co and really needed to just get away for a few and we landed the prime spot for sure! It felt like we were in Christmas Holiday for the whole weekend. I mean the town is lit up with Christmas lights and the on and off slow snow fall throughout our stay was so damn relaxing. We were even able to have a personal messuese come to the condo to give us both an hour long message each. I highly recommend getting this service. We then went on to relax in the hot tub turning us both into Jelly for the rest of the day. The restaurants are awesome and there are countless things to explore and do both during Summer and Winter. We can't wait to get back here and to also stay for a few more extra days as the only complaint we had was that is was just not enough time!

Super walkable to a ton of great restaurants, coffee shops, live music, gift shops, quirky little ice cream shops, on and on. Minutes away from spectacular hikes of all levels. (Extra credit for the worthy pay off of the falls and Mohawk Lake on the Spruce Creek Trail.) Or just hunker down with board games, hot chocolate and/or coffee and the hot tub! Great spot!

Great location right off Main Street and adjacent to the awesome bike path. The underground parking is a plus, but with this location we never even left the garage! The unit is cozy, clean and remarkably well stocked. The balcony is spacious and very private with plenty of trees. We used to be about skiing every year but have found that we love Colorado even more in the summer. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a great condo. Thank you!

Stayed here for my birthday weekend and everything was perfect. Walking distance to downtown and all the best restaurants. The place itself was cozy and very well kept. 10/10 recommended for anyone visiting breck and want a beautiful place to stay and the ability to walk anywhere in town!

This place is a piece of magic in Breckenridge. It looks completely updated and decorated to perfection. The location is fantastic and we were able to walk to everything. I highly recommend staying here and I can’t wait to come back when it snows.

Absolutely gorgeous! The room was perfect. Very homey and cozy. Super clean and fully updated. The view from the balcony was top notch. Absolutely loved this place! I Will definitely want to come back when there is snow on the ground. Or even spending Christmas here would be amazing. 5-STAR!

Wow! What an amazing condo in the heart of Breckenridge. The views from the balcony are incredible and you cannot find a better location. Close to all the restaurants, shopping, as well as the ski lift. I highly recommend this place and look

Excellent location and beautiful establishment. Was on the mountain back to the property in less than 90 seconds. Heated garage and a quick turnaround tune shop was also a fantastic. Last but not least, the hot tub was the icing on the cake after a long day on the mountain. Justin was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating as aw well. I will most certainly be back.

As a veteran traveler, I often rent apartments during my sojourns. I do this for personal comfort and the ability to manage my time without the constraints of a more commercial option. I found this condo to be better equipped than most, especially in the kitchen, where there were numerous cooking options and plenty of dinnerware and accessories. It's rare to find so much thoughtfulness in a rental. And, I truly appreciated it. Very comfortable. Quality furnishings and artwork. And, there's even a jetted tub in the bathroom, along with double sinks!

I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice getaway to the mountains! The condo was so cozy and I loved the fireplace. Everything we needed was there. Great location, close walking distance to all the shops and restaurants which was convenient!
Loved the hot tub as well, so relaxing! We really enjoyed our time here in Breck!

Amazing spot to experience all of breck. Walking distance to just about everything. The condo had everything you could ever need and was beautiful. Perfect balcony looking over downtown and parking garage under building is very convenient.

This was our first experience in Breckenridge and wanted to get away from the Texas heat. Glad we did, Breck is a nice community. We know the owner of the Condo, and it was a natural choice for us to go with a place that was associated with someone we know, versus a shot in the dark. What we did not realize, was how great of a location it was! We could walk to restaurants for all our meals, find convenient shopping, and enjoy some nice little Blue River walking paths extremely close by. The underground parking was also a life saver since Main Street was shut down for traffic and parking. The Condo itself was well stocked with all the mini-home conveniences, wi-if etc., as well as a great patio view! Everything was clean and fit well for the space. The only part of the location that was a minus, is there is a building nearby with a restaurant fan that runs 24-7. With opening the windows without AC, as is common in Breck, this was a small annoyance. The view made up for it! We will definitely be back to the Condo in the future. It had everything we needed to feel at home, even for a few short days.

Easy check-in and great location allowed my wife and I to park the car and walk to everything we needed for another great weekend in Breck. This unit was well appointed, plenty of space, comfy bed. Downtown view overlooking the Dredge, easy walk but far enough from main street for quiet evening enjoyment of the balcony. The only noise disturbing that peace was from some kind of HVAC next door(Der Stermark). We would book this unit again.

This condo is within walking distance to everything you will need, including bars, restaurants, ski lifts, and hiking trails. As far as vacation rentals, it really doesn't get any better than this condo to stay at. The interior is great with plenty of space and a great patio that faces towards downtown Breckenridge. I will definitely stay here again on one of my next trips, and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Breckenridge.

Had an absolutely incredible time in this amazing ski town! The accommodations could not have been any better with the condo literally being so close to everything! The condo had a remarkably large balcony with awesome views and the river right below. Everything was incredibly nice, clean, and comfortable including the rest of the building and the heated parking garage.

This place is absolutely perfect. The location is walking distance to all bars, restaurants, and shops. Walk across the street and you are on the slope skiing. The unit was beautiful with a beautiful view off the deck. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The hot tub was great. It was private and amazing after a long day of skiing. I will be back. Soon hopefully

We were fortunate enough to stay at this condo over the holiday weekend. The condo itself is very spacious with nice interior design features. The fireplace kept the condo cozy and warm throughout our stay. The building has a really nice hot tub that we spent a ton of time in and really enjoyed. The best part was the LOCATION. Just a few minutes and we could be on a chair lift OR enjoying all that downtown Breckenridge has to offer and all on foot. Incredible shopping, restaurants, and Breckenridge nightlife were all just minutes away, and did I mention the skiing? If this condo is available you should stay here. The owner is very friendly and provided a lot of advice on the best places to hang out, I'm glad we took his advice, we had a lot of fun and of the best spots were a short walk away. We will definitely be book our next trip to Breckenridge in Justin's condo.

The room was nice and cozy. We made breakfast almost everyday so it was great to have a complete kitchen to use. I really liked the outside balcony,nestled in among the aspens and pines. However, workers were remodeling the old Dredge restaurant and many times started pretty early with power tools. Also, our room was directly west of the Mexican Restaurant 's kitchen vent fan... and they ran it 24 hours a day!

This place may be the best location in town. My wife and I stayed here for a weekend get away and absolutely fell in love all over again. This property was super close to all of the restaurants and shops in town. The bed was very comfortable and delivered a great nights sleep. We totally scored on our vacation. I can’t wait to book it for some skiing this winter as it looks like you can walk to the lifts. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

My Wife and I stayed at this perfectly located, amazing home for two nights for our Anniversary. There was nothing that we "wished" was there, as all the conveniences and things we needed were so thoughtfully available. The location is close to the mountains and to town. Great trails nearby for biking and hiking this time of year! Views are exceptional from the balcony, and the amenities were great as well. We will most definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect little weekend get away. We were walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and there is a fun little market on Sundays in the Village right across the street. I enjoyed my cup of coffee on the balcony every morning just taking in the views and mountain air. I would recommend this location to all my friends looking for a a great mountain get away. Whether you want to stay in or go out it’s perfect for both. Can’t wait to book my winter vacation!

Hey Folks,

If you're looking for an amazing getaway, I'll make it easy for you and say - do yourself a favor and book this spot! Not only was it a perfect fit for my wife and I, it was in a fantastic location and comes with a parking spot (we all know how tough parking is up there...). We were looking for something like this and it exceeded our expectations. Loved the tub, the kitchen was perfect for our in house cooking session and the new bed was fantastic. Having stayed in hotels in the past, it was refreshing to have something new, exciting and PRIVATE. The ability to have coffee on the back deck and listen to the river is priceless. We will absolutely be back to enjoy this little pocket of heaven.

Spring/Summer, Fall/ Winter this property is Located in The Heart of it all. Walk around in town or to the Slopes, you really don't need a car once you are here. If you have one, there is a parking garage that keeps your car safe and warm. The Balcony overlooks what is best known as the Dredge (soon to be Ollies New Home) on the River, this place truly unique to Breckenridge. Rent your ski's downstairs, walk/shop around town. Whether its dinner and drink or grab your mountain bike/head out for a hike you can do whatever your heart desires. Highly recommend this property and all that it has to offer, and end your day with a soak in the buildings hot tub that also overlooks the River. Calm, quiet, location, and luxury, can't go wrong with staying here.

Superb location to main street, quicksilver lift and shuttle stop. Really dont need to rent a car with this extremely walkable location. Only complaint is the heat is fierce and dry in this unit in winter. Takes 1 hour to cool the condo off 1 degree. Thankfully 4 humidifiers were provided in the closet to help with the dryness and we were able to easily open all windows to quickly cool off yhe condo when it over heated..... We kept the humifiers running 24/7. What can I say though, we are Floridians so not used to such dry heat. Overall, great location and enjoyed our stay.

The condo is across the street from Peak 9 lift. So you can walk 3 mins and ski away. If you walk out the side exit to the Lofts you are right in town. You don’t need to drive after park in the under building garage which is so convenient This was my 2nd year here and the unit are perfect.

Great location! Very clean. Well maintained. Drive in to the underground parking and didn't move my car until I left 3 days later. Everything you need is within walking distance. My only issue, the bed. Please listen to your guests. The bed is terrible, overly bouncy, very uncomfortable. It may be newer but it is not a good mattress. I recommend new pillows as well, but I can brings my own pillows. The mattress would keep me from booing this unit .....and I loved this unit. A good nights sleep is a very important part of getting away.

I have stayed in his unit a few times. I had a few problems with shower head and the toaster. Maint person James took care of the problems very quickly. We had a nice time and everything worked out well. The key cards are a problem. Don't leave the condo without a cell phone. James went out of his way to accomadate our every need. I would recommend this condo. Very quiet and relaxing.

This is a great condo. We've now stayed in it twice. The kitchen is well equipped and the living space is cozy and comfy for our family . And, it is fantastic that there is a pack and play in the unit, makes travel that much easier--thank you!

The only reason I give it a 4 is the bed--the matress is dire. Soft, lumpy, and bounces you out of bed every time your partner moves. I think the matress would ask to be replaced if it could. Along with a new matress new pillows would be awesome--the current pillows are chunks of hard foam.

The location can't be beat, easy walk everywhere in Breck. Park Avenue Lofts is superbly maintained and anything we've ever called Great Western to ask for has been promptly and easily fulfilled. The GA staff is kind and courteous .

We have stayed at the Park Avenue Lofts for several winters and this specific unit three times now. The complex is always clean and well maintained. This unit has a great balcony to sit and look out over the river and the Dredge restaurant. The only negative was the mattress. It's got a low spot in the middle that made it difficult to sleep. It didn't seem like a new mattress as mentioned below. Otherwise, a great experience as usual.
