This is a great place to stay. It’s super easy to get to the Breckenridge lifts and ticket offices and it’s right next to a bunch of restaurants, bars and shops. The place was slightly rundown, but it was still pretty nice and we were very comfortable.

The place was exactly what me and my friends were looking for, I will say the hot tub wasn’t operational during our stay which was a bummer and wasn’t on the balcony of the room we stayed in like it appears in the pictures but definitely still enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

We're glad to hear you and your friends had a great time. We apologize for the hot tub situation, as the HOA is working on a long term soultion, the hot tub is a community tub for second floor units, we're sorry if photos weren't clear.

Great stay!

Has everything you need! Fireplace is a nice touch. Directly across from the Lifts so extremely easy to walk Main Street or hit the slopes. The kitchen accessories are outdated (blender etc.) but other than that everything was spectacular. There are also no seasonings if you plan to cook.
