The location of #32 was fantastic. We appreciated the floor plan. We just wish the unit had been updated, as it is showing its age.

4.5 stars out of 5. Beautiful townhome in a great location where you can easily walk to town or to the Quicksilver lift. The hot tub on the deck is an awesome amenity, and the house is quite spacious with each of the bedrooms having their own bathroom. The half star deduction is attributed to the fact that it is a comfortably million+ dollar property with items such as a $10 coffee maker, a $5 toaster, and hand-me-down quality dishes and pot/pans, vintage 1980's TVs in the second and third bedrooms, etc. There were also several lights that need bulbs replaced, and we arrived to a tripped circuit which prevented the main TV from working. BUT with that said, when we called the office to get issues addressed, they responded almost immediately and the maintenance guys addressed the issues in a quick and friendly manner. So I think the owner would be prudent to invest in some upgrades to the basics in the kitchen, the pillows/bedding, as well as the decorations. None of this really bothered me much, so I would stay there again without hesitation. Just adding those details for constructive feedback.
The garage was a great surprise. It appears to be small from the outside, but had plenty of room to comfortably fit our Toyota Tacoma pickup truck (for a frame of reference). The cables on the garage door broke during our stay, but again, the maintenance guys fixed it on the same day.

All in all, a great stay with very responsive management. Thank you for having us!

i absolutely love the place. 5-10 minutes walk to peak 9 (20 minutes walk for me with all the equipments).

Great location. short walk to Quicksilver Lift and short walk to Main St. We really enjoyed the place. The hot tub was a great amenity on the deck! Would absolutely stay here again.

For those sleeping in the main floor bedroom, though - bring your eye shades. :) There is a great upper window in that room that allows for the moonlight and early sunrise to come through. It's also very dry (maybe that's just Breckenridge in general) so bring your lotion. But other that that, it's a great space and you can't go wrong booking it.

Excellent property in excellent location, close to Ski Lift and Main Street.Hot Tub well used and appreciated after hard days skiing.Front desk staff helpful when needed.
Only minor complaints, shower bit weak in main bedroom and another sofa in lounge is needed as only comfortable seating for 4 and we were party of 6.

This is a wonderful space located within walking distance of Main St and Quiksilver chair. The car never had to leave the garage. It was well appointed and comfortable. The layout with 2 of the bedrooms

The community is wonderfully accessible to both Main St. and the QuickSilver chair the car never had to leave the garage. The layout of this unit is spacious, making it comfortable for a group of 6 adults. I appreciate that 2 of the bedrooms are downstairs so we were not tripping over each other. The kitchen was well appointed so family dinners were easy. Our group rented 3 units and we were all beyond pleased. This is an outstanding community. We'll all be back next year.

This is my second time in this complex. This particular unit had everything we needed. The place was clean and well maintained. Water was always super hot and enough for 6 to 8 of us taking showers. Beds and couches were nice and comfy. TV was HI-DEF, maybe a bit small; but we used it more for background noise. Hot tub was nice as well, but fits 4 people max. Downtown is walk-able from here and a lift is maybe a 5 minute walk. Overall, awesome place!

First of all, Great Western Lodging provided exceptional service to us during this rental. I cannot emphasize enough what a great job GWL did.

This rental is ideally located. It’s at the base of Peak 9 and easy walking distance from town. We really enjoyed the location and the private hot tub.

But this townhome needs some updating/upgrading. The master bed is broken and maintenance had to shim the bed with planks to level it. The TVs in the spare bedroom are old box TVs siting inside giant armoires. The armoires need to be removed - they are too big for the rooms - and the owner needs to install wall-mounted flat screen TVs. The TV in the living area is tiny and needs to be replaced with something larger. The living area does not have enough seating (only seats four but the home sleeps eight) and is also crowded by a large & dated cabinet containing stereo equipment so old it is designed for cassettes. To the owner: Ditch the dated cabinet and add another couch! The kitchen has been somewhat updated but the cabinets need to be refinished as do the cabinets in all of the bathrooms. This could be a five star rental if the owner would make a few small changes.

Spacious townhome! We loved that this had a private hot tub, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Would stay here again!
