Offering the best of both worlds, this beautiful 3 bedroom townhome is located just 200 yards from the chairlift and one block from Main Street. Featuring many different bedding options, this townhome is a popular choice with larger families. The loft provides a cozy sleeping area, accessible by ladder, which is a hit with kids. You can unwind in the private hot tub overlooking town. This townhouse offers great views of town and Baldy Mountain from its spacious deck. The garage parking and washer/dryer add to the amenities. The newly remodeled Upper Village pool is adjacent to the complex providing a outdoor heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs.

When renting at the One Breckenridge Place property, you would have access to the Upper Village Pool.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

After the reviews was expected to be disappointed, but was quite the opposite the kitchen was amazing. The living room was very cozy. Plenty of places to sleep for seven very very close to Main Street a manageable walk to Maggie's quite a longer walk to peak nine(in snow boots) as far as inside, the master bedrooms would not open we may do the stove light would not come on the curtains going out to the hot tub would not open and really wish we would've had a snow shovel to clean off the balcony. The dining room tables chairs kept flaking off black stuff. But I think the positive way overlooked the minor negatives would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Mountain Getaway – Can’t Wait to Return!
Our family had an incredible stay at this beautiful townhome in Breckenridge! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The home was spotless, well-appointed, and had all the comforts we could ask for. The three spacious bedrooms provided plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the cozy living area was perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes.
The location was ideal—just a short distance from the ski lifts, downtown Breckenridge, and some amazing hiking trails. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and we loved gathering around the fireplace in the evenings.
The hosts were fantastic, providing clear communication and ensuring that our stay was seamless. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our family made wonderful memories here, and we’re already looking forward to coming back in the future. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for the perfect mountain retreat.

Townhouse was comfortable and roomy. Great location. Short walk to lifts at Peak 8 and just a short shuttle to gondola to Peak 9. Right across street to shuttle stop to all other places.
Nice to have street and drive swept of snow. Private hot tub perfect after a long day.
Covid Breckinridge and ski restrictions were a bummer but townhouse a great place to hang out at.

The townhouse in Breckenridge is ideal for a larger group. Walk to lift and town. The home is spacious enough for 9 or 10 people. The three bedrooms each have their own bath the loft must share with master. The home was clean and the hot tub was a pleasant retreat after a long day of skiing. Would definitely return.
