This three bedroom townhome is close to both the base area of Peak 9 and Main Street. The spacious, open floorplan with vaulted ceilings in the living, dining and kitchen areas provide plenty of space for families. While staying here, enjoy the beautifully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms designed with customer counter tops, and tile. Sleep comfortably in each bedroom furnished with mountain decor and equipped with king beds. Access a private hot tub on the deck off of the living area with mountain views. This townhome has ample sleeping and dining arrangements for six guests, all set in a quiet environment away from the hustle and bustle of town. Guest parking consists of a spot for one vehicle in front of the garage in the private driveway. Guests will also have access to the Upper Village pool and hot tub complex. This is a great choice for your next Colorado ski vacation or summer mountain getaway.

When renting at the One Breckenridge Place property, you would have access to the Upper Village Pool.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Great Rental and within walking distance to Lift and Downtown.

We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely like to come back in the future. Place was clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked. Gas fireplace was a plus. Furniture was comfortable. The only negative was the mattress in the master. It was way too soft for us but maybe that’s a personal preference.This condo is located within walking distance to the lift, restaurants and shopping. We rarely used our car. And someone came and shoveled the stairs everyday it snowed. Great place. Would highly recommend.

Perfect weekend

Came to Breck for a 30th birthday girls trip. Perfect location and size for our group. The garage door stopped working at one point and maintenance on site was so quick and helpful. Easy check in process, though it would be nice to not have to stop at the management company office. Would stay at this property again.

Would have been a 100%! However unit owners decided , with out letting Great Western know, that they were leaving their car in the garage. We needed the garage space for an infant to be loaded and unloaded due to 20 inches of snow. We also wound up parking at the opposite end of the complex and walking in the snow back and forth to the unit. Great western has taken care of us and it was not their fault. Owners were at fault

Really nice and accessible location situated just a footpath from the Main Street and the Peak 9 Ski Lifts.
The home was cozy and very well kept, appliances working in order and the private hot tub was a very nice touch.
On the second night of our stay the fireplace went out and Great Western was quick, prompt and sent a technician out immediately to resolve my issue.
If you are staying in Breck look no further this unit is so convenient and great!

Place was very comfortable and on a great location. Walking distance to Main Street shops and restaurants as well as to The Village.
I would highly recommend it. We were 7 and we felt like at home, plenty of space to share and unwind after days of skiing.
