This property was great for our family of four. Can't beat the location and amenities. COVID constraints aside, we had everything we needed. Two negatives, (1) we had to pick up our check-in packet and keys at the rental office literally at the other end of town -- a real hassle without a car, (2) for some reason our keys kept deactivating, so we had to reset them at the front desk several times.

We enjoyed our time at this property. The location cannot be beat! We walked everywhere all weekend, and even when we needed to drive there was plenty of parking available. We loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as we were traveling with another couple. There is one thing I’d like to mention, and this may not be the fault of the property manager. I was emailed 3 times within about a 12 hour period reminding us to check out by 10 a.m., which was no problem for us. We walked suitcases down to the car at 9:40 a.m. and returned to the room 10 minutes later to get one last thing (9:50 a.m.) and the cleaning crew was already in the condo cleaning!! Not a big deal but it did startle us. I don’t feel as though anyone should’ve entered without our knowledge prior to our check out time. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again.

We travel from Minnesota and spend a lot of time in Breckenridge. This unit was great! We had two couples in the unit and each had our own bathroom and room. Walking distance to the chair lift and all that main street has to offer. Would recommend to anyone coming for a weekend in Breckenridge.

This was a great spot! Close to everything! Will stay again!!

This property is in an excellent location. Close to restaurants and shops, but easy to get in and out of the property in a car too. The condo was spacious for the 4 of us (me, my husband and two grown children). Since there was no air conditioning, we slept with the windows open and there was a really loud exhaust fan running right outside the 2nd bedroom. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and felt very safe, considering this was first weekend away since the pandemic started. Other than the noisy exhaust fan, we really enjoyed staying at this property.

This property is in a great location. Can walk to anywhere in town. The check in/check out process was easy and it was no contact due to COVID. Thankfully, the pool was opened up...with social distancing precautions in place. Would stay at this property again.

We had a three day summer stay in Breckenridge, and found this property to be an excellent location for us. Right at the southern head of Main Street, you feel like the entire town is at your fingertips. The unit was comfortable and spacious. We loved being able to look over the Main Street Station courtyard from our unit. We had a couple of warm days while there, and found that the unit holds the heat. There is no air conditioning (and it’s rarely required), so ran fans (which were provided) to keep the unit reasonably comfortable (from a temperature perspective). Overall, we were very happy with the unit.

This was a great condo with all that was needed for a weekend getaway in Breckenridge. Close to the slopes, easy walk into town, workout and hot tub area were perfect. Quiet location, nice neighbors, never had to move the vehicle one we got there. Definitely would stay there again.

Overall this location is unbeatable! The space is very nicely laid out. Things we liked were the well stocked kitchen, extra supplies and the unit is very quiet, we could not hear any neighbors. Things that need attention: the dishwasher is not level, when you open it the top rack comes crashing out. The ice maker does not work effectively. The toilets do not flush correctly, you have to hold the handle down. The unit is hot, you cannot control the temperature. The couch is worn out and the room does not have enough seating, maybe a sectional would work better. There is an extension cord for a lamp that we repeatedly tripped over, but we needed the light and could not unplug it. The tv in the main living area is too small and the remote does not work to control the volume. We really hate the infinity satellite system. Keeping up with key cards is a little daunting, we would prefer actual keys or something else altogether. Larger towels for the spa or pool are needed. Taking the trash down to the parking garage was a pain. For the price we paid it seems like you could offer periodic trash pickup as other units not managed by great western lodging were afforded.

Overall we liked this unit and would want to stay again if more services were offered and the unit was updated. The general manager asked why I didn't ask for some of these items to be addressed while we were there and my answer was simple, we were on vacation and I did not want to wait for a maintenance person to arrive and I did not want to leave if someone were in my unit. I think all of these things should be looked at before a guest arrives.

We had a great time and would stay in this unit again if repairs and updates are made.

This condo is in a great location and we have stayed at Main Street Station before and will again. Great Western is so great to work with, we use them for all our stays in Breckenridge. This unit number 2402 is nice at the top floor with a view of the mountain. However the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were cheap. The furniture in the living room is very worn out and also uncomfortable. There was an extension cord for the lamp that went through the sofa, not under but through. The rest of the condo is adequate, nothing over the top. We will be back in Breck and Main Street Station, but won't rent this unit again.
