Easy access to hiking, biking, and private fishing rights makes this the perfect mountain getaway. Curl up around the fireplace or gather around the deck’s firepit with amazing mountain views. Perfect for families and groups searching for a private mountain getaway or holiday gatherings.

The MAIN LEVEL has a kitchen, dining area, and family room that creates a welcoming setting with 30 ft vaulted ceilings opening onto a huge deck with firepit with stunning mountain views. KITCHEN is fully stocked for large gatherings. The DINING ROOM/SUNROOM has full window, wraparound views and seating for 8. This level also has BEDROOM 3 (two twin beds), FULL BATH, and LAUNDRY/MUDROOM w/ built-in storage, cubbies, hooks for outdoor gear with new washer/dryer.

UPPER LEVEL has a large, bright PRIMARY BEDROOM with Queen, twin, and bonus trundle bed. BEDROOM 2 is roomy and bright with a Queen bed. The large FULL BATH is recently updated. There is also a dedicated workspace with a desk.

LOWER LEVEL/BASEMENT has BEDROOM 4, a bunkbed (twin/full) and its own half bathroom. Additional space stocked with board games/puzzles, toys for infants and up, Pack n Play, PS4 and Wii with 30+ games, and everyday children/family necessities.

GENERAL: Pet-friendly; high-speed Wi-Fi; smart TVs; keyless/Bluetooth smart locks; Alexas and Bluetooth speakers; Private 5-car driveway; Storage for snowboards, skis, boots.

This was an amazing cabin tucked up above Breckinridge! Super close to town, but just far enough away to where you feel secluded and have that fresh mountain air! Beautiful amenities, beds were great, and everything was so easy to use and we had plenty of space. I will absolutely be staying here again soon!

This house had plenty of space for seven adults to stay for six nights and we had room for more.

Awesome location! Secluded in the forest but only five minutes drive from downtown Breckenridge. Super close to the main gondola and Quicksilver chair.

The hot tub is a huge plus! Also plenty of parking space, we were able to fit three large pickup trucks

So cozy! Everything about this rental made us feel like a home away from home. Indoor fireplace, outdoor fireplace overlooking the trees, hot tub under the stars and so peaceful. The home is a nice open plan with daylighting sneaking in at every corner. Private basement area is perfect for multiple families.

Since the home is located at the end of a road there is a ton of bike, vehicle, and even snow mobile parking.

We also loved how close to Breckenridge we were, far enough away to feel the peace of nature with all the amenities of Downtown Breck.

Will stay again!

This is an amazing vacation property. The features are immaculate. I loved the hot tub. Quick access to biking, fishing, paddling boarding, etc. I even caught some some rainbow trout! The hosts are amazing people. I defiantly recommend this outstanding house.

What a cool location, close to everything but with enough privacy to enjoy the outdoors and unwind. The house was great it has everything you could need and plenty of space for hanging out and having fun. I really like the deck and the sun room perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or breakfast. Plenty to do all around, you can hit a trail right out the back door or drive a few minutes and hike up to an alpine lake. I also really enjoyed the mountain bike opportunities, I road plenty of trails and have a lot more to explore on my next visit. Cant’t wait to go back.
