Description

This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Corral condo features beautiful mountain furnishings and includes access to outdoor hot tubs with mountain views. It's location on the south end of Main Street is just one block from shopping, dining, and nightlife. The Peak 9 base area is a 12 minute walk or a short free shuttle ride away. Some of the fine amenities include a tiled entry, granite countertops, master bath double vanities, full washer/dryer, gas fireplace, and a private patio.

All guests can enjoy the very large, 14 person, outdoor hot tub on site, fitness room, game room with pool table, foosball, air hockey, 55 inch TV, and lounge area.

Fantastic option for a family getaway. Kitchen was well stocked, unit as very clean and the closest one to the hot tub. It got a bit hot at times due to the central heating system, but it was easy to cool the place down by leaving doors/windows open for a bit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. We have stayed at the Corral before and this is the first time we have seen updated bathrooms. The owners did a great job designing them and the end result is very appealing. This was a perfect location to start and end our day.

The condo is very cozy, and had everything we needed for the weekend. We appreciated that there was coffee and hot chocolate in the cupboards! It was an easy walk to restaurants and shopping, and to the Quicksilver lift. We had a slight issue with the inside doorknob being unable to open the front door, so we had to use the porch door most of the time. It was a minor issue, and was overall a great stay. Thanks so much!

A very comfortable space for our whole family (4 total - could have fit at least one more if not two). Appliances and cooking materials all worked great also. Short walk to downtown or the slopes. Would definitely rent again!

Overall this property is accurately depicted and quite roomy. The five of us each had a bed (Mom and Dad shared), and the location was great. Very short walk to the shuttle stop and not too far to walk to Quicksilver or Beaver Run lifts, for the young adults anyway. Walking distance to downtown shops as well. Furnishings were a little older and it could have been cleaner. I have a keen eye for details, though, so maybe I'm picky. Bring storage containers for leftovers, foil, plastic wrap etc. if you plan on cooking. There is plenty of silverware, knives, pots and pans. We had a great time even during COVID, just staying in with family. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, ground floor condo. Open and roomy kitchen, dining and family room area and very nicely decorated. The beds were very comfy and the place itself was very clean. The location was close to trails and we were able to walk just a few blocks to town. Will definitely be back.

The unit was clean, nice and the closest to the hot tub which was a plus. The Round kitchen table was great for our family of 6 for dinner and cards. The previous review about the heat was no joke though. The outside temp was warmer than normal, 15-35 degrees, but we literally turned off all three zones on the second day and still kept a window open a lot of the time to keep from being too hot. Only recommendations to the owners is upgrade the TV size in the bedroom and maybe a Keurig. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Fantastic stay in Breckenridge. We were walking distance to all of the downtown shops and the gondola up to the mountain. The apartment was immaculately clean and was equipped with every amenity we would have wanted or needed. The only thing, and this is by far not a complaint but rather an observation, the temperature in the apartment was overly warm. It wasn't a terribly cold in Breckenridge the days we were there. We had turned off the central heating and the apartment temperature stayed above 75. It was a bit too warm for our liking but definitely did not spoil our wonderful vacation.

Great condo in an excellent location. Easy 5 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The Conoco right in front of the complex is convenient for snacks etc. The hot tubs were a great size for large parties.

If I had to find a problem, it would simply be that the condo was in fact TOO warm. We had all of the thermostats turned way down and it was still around 75 degrees inside. This was due to the radiant heating in the unit. Most would not find this an issue at all due to the cold weather outside. I just run a little hot-natured.

I highly recommend for the location, amenities and price! Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Breckenridge.

This is a great location to enjoy downtown Breckenridge. Condo is very nice and very comfortable. It's also a quiet location.
I would like to suggest that that condo number is placed outside the door facing the parking lot.
Other than that we were very happy with our stay.

Overall very nice place to stay for a large family; comfortable and very clean. TV was not a flat screen but functionable for the brief times we were in the unit. Last night was a disappointment because someone jumped the fence for the hot tub around 12:30am to give him and his friends access when the lock wouldn't open. They were very loud, especially with master bedroom windows right by hot tub.

Probably a 4.5 only because the tv was not a flat screen and resulted in not being able to clearly view it. The unit is beautiful, and exceptionally clean and well maintained. The room set up was perfect with the bunk beds and a queen in on of the bedrooms. The experience with Great Western Lodging was excellent and a problem with the cable box fixed swiftly. I have a feeling they went to Frisco and physically picked one up. Great summer vacation.
