Description
This Cedars two bedroom plus den townhome is in the coveted "front row" location at the base of Peak 9 just steps above the Quicksilver chairlift. This property has been recently refurbished with beautiful hardwood flooring in the living and dining levels. Additionally, each bedroom features its own gas fireplace and flatscreen TVs. There is also a small deck accessible from the primary bedroom. There is an additional sleeping area on the lowest level, furnished with a bunk bed and TV. This property also features a gas-burning fireplace in the living room, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, a sunny deck, and beautiful mountain furnishings. Guests will also have use of the Upper Village outdoor heated pool and hot tubs approximately 150 yards off-site.
The townhome features a small one-car garage, approx 19' deep by 7' wide. An Explorer or similar vehicle can be carefully parked in this garage, but a Suburban, Yukon, Expedition or other large SUV or full-sized truck will not fit. Overflow parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, but parking outside of the small garage spot is not guaranteed.

Perfect ski in/out location
The townhouse was just right for our family - plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable living space & efficient kitchen/dining set-up. Best of all was being right on the slopes, which made the whole adventure less stressful and much more enjoyable! We’ll be back!- Posted: 2/4/2025

Perfect location

Hard to beat this location!
Property was clean, right on the slopes and felt like the perfect warm mountain cabin. Garage is small and could fit our Lexus RX but would not fit our 4Runner. Not a problem if an outside guest spot is open, otherwise you have to park at an overnight lot in town. The fireplaces in each room were fantastic!! I would have preferred no contact/ keyless access instead having to go to the management company office but it was not too bad and just a few minutes from the property.- Posted: 12/16/2024

Nice property in great location
Can’t beat the ski on/off location, you won’t be disappointed. Place was well furnished and everything worked as designed. Technology could use an upgrade - keyless entry and better temp controls being the main requests. Loved our week in Breckenridge and would rent again!- Posted: 2/25/2024
