Great location for getting around town. Grocery store and Dillon Dam Brewery are within walking distance. Kitchen had all utensils that I needed for my breakfast and dinner preparation needs. Pretty quiet, not too noisy, I could hear doors opening across the hall but nothing out of the ordinary. The only drawback is the shower does not drain that well. When taking a shower, turn faucet handle all the way to the top and change the flow to the shower head so that the water doesn't collect to quickly in the tub. Adjust temperature as desired the hot water does come quickly.
